It is funny how they sell this revolutionary idea (Qantas does it for about 10 years already). "Save you from the hassle of long queues?" Finnair staff is well trained and efficient, or aren't they? If you expect it to go faster when passengers do it themselves, rather interesting...

How do i know if my luggage will go directly to the final destination or if i have to pick it up and drop it off again before my connection flight? (There are 24 hours between my connection flight)

I have a terrible experience with Finnair! Customer service are worse than Rynair! They cancelled my flights due to covid restrictions and issued me a voucher and I’m not able to cash it out at all! The only answer you get from Customer Service is that We can’t do it!?!?! For Heaven’s sake if Rynair could issue full refunds to its customers then why not Finnair as a Star Alliance member can’t do it???
