How to animate RAIN 🌧 - (the easy way)

In this video, I explain how to animate rain! It’s super easy to animate rain, I’ll also show you little secret shortcuts! Adding rain to a drawing can do so much, it can give a great ambiance and make your drawing look more interesting to look at. Plus, rain is just great in general!
There’s different levels of detail, depending on how much you want your rain animation to look convincing. I did use procreate to make my animations but any animation/drawing program can probably do! I really hope this tutorial will help some!
