Animation Tutorial for Two Legged and Four Legged Skip Cycle Animation.
Let's break down the simple skip: take a step, give a little hop, then repeat. Begin by stepping forward with one foot, and as you hop on that same leg, focus on landing softly on the balls of your feet, keeping your heel up. Use the energy from your toes to push off and propel yourself forward a few inches with each jump.

Whoa, this is amazing! This looks very challenging to animate, but I wouldn't mind learning how to animate this! I thought a laughing cycle was hard to animate, I tried it and I believe I got it down...LOL! Cute characters! Also your new Fantasy art book looks very awesome! I really love your art and characters ^_^!!

I have a hard time figuring out the mechanics of a quadruped's hind legs and how the bending of that works. It confuses the mind when you have to think about the knee being in a very opposite position. Y'know what I mean?

Yes I do know what you mean and I understand! :D It's actually simpler that it seems, think of the quadruped legs as the same of human limbs, but some parts are longer or shorter.
