Thank you for an excellent video! It was very informative. It's odd that I hadn't realized this until hearing you explain it, but I once made the mistake of stating an exact number when asked about the salary I expected. I'm pretty good at my job, so I thought I was being fair in asking for what was essentially the upper limit offered for that position, but that was probably why I never got a follow-up call back then. One question I've been asked at almost every interview is "Where do you see yourself in five years?" I usually tailor my response to describe a role that's a couple of steps above what I'm applying for. Thanks again!

At least in my part of the world there is another important thing: Be yourself, don't be an actor. If your personal show is far away from real life, the other one will know immediately, because they do interviews very often and have experience in looking through people, and you probably don't.
