“If you don’t get in the first year, it’s not the be-all and end-all”. Henry Ring talks about how he applied twice over two years to study medicine at Monash. Unsuccessful the first time round, he improved his UMAT score (now the UCAT) by practising a few questions a day during his year off and sat it again.
