How to Apply an ASO Ankle Brace 

I fight with my stupid brace every time I try to put it on. I never thought to do it like this, but it is so stabilizing for my ankle. Thank you so much for posting this!

just bought an zamst a2 dx ankle brace. why does it hurt my lateral arch? is it becus i put it too tight?

those ribbons/strab that go under the foot and attached on the side cut on the side of my foot. you kinda see it here as well how it, at the edge of those ribbons/strab, pulls into the foot

Thats not an aso ankle brace 😂😂

Not very helpful. It doesn't tell you which cross strap goes on first, left or right, based on which side the injury is on. It does make a difference!
