thanks for this detailed video, I just have one question - I will be moving to Munich in a month from India, I am eligible for blue card, so is it mandatory to have an appartment before applying for blue card? can we provide a temporary address just like a hotel address? becz I heard that finding an apartment in Munich will take so much time and my wife only has 3 months of visa validity, I dnt knw if i can find an apartment within 3 mnths, so in that case, before her visa expiry will i be able to obtain a blue card without a long stay address?

Thanks for the details Sandeep , but two questions 1. Fill the application and upload all certificates and submit , but how do we notified on the appointment for visiting its office for biometrics or etc. Do you know any recent details on how long this going to take ? 2. Don't we have other way around that option to book an online appointment first and submit all documents including bio metrics ?

My question is that is the blue card and resident permit is the same thing? I am in Germany now on work visa now I want to apply for blue card, so my cousin send me the form which is slightly different from this form you have shown, and there is no "blue card" mentioned there.

Hi There, just a small query, while applying for the EU blue card. Is there any minimum point that a person should have apart from a University degree and the required salary and another requirement you mention in this video because of which the EU blue card is rejected? For example -In Austria,a person should have at least 70 points in various aspects in order to get a work permit. Is it the same in Germany as well . Kindly Clear this if possible . Best regards

Very good explanation. Thank you.I have only one payslip, can I apply with only one and later while getting appointment I can go and submit two more ? As the appointment here takes few months Munich City Center. By the time appointment come, I would be having rest two payslips.

Thanks for detailed explanation! I've got one question. I see some websites saying that `at least five years of relevant professional experience is required to apply for Blue card`. But it is not stated in the link you provided. So, don't they really require 5 years experience if you already have a job offer?

Hello! Thank you so much for the video. I have a question. I have done my masters in a German university and got a job offer as an external employee for a company with the current contract being for 3 months with possible extension. Could I still apply for a blue card as the company requires it?

Hello Sandeep, our family came together to Germany with Entry visa for 6 months. While applying for Blue Card do we need to fill the application forms individually / one application form will be enough as the spouse and kids details are also mentioned in the form. Any info on how to apply Blue Card for a family would be more helpful.
