Hello! I'm going to apply for masters: Cognitive, Digital and Empirical English. I've got two questions about application process. I would be happy if you respond to my questions. 1. First one is about "Higher education entrance qualification". In my country (Uzbekistan) there is not exactly 12-year-public education but divided into two seperate parts: The first is 9 years of public school education, the second one 3 years of education in college. So which certificate should I submit ? 2. For non EU students deadline is until 15th of July. Question is Can I get another chance if I don't make it to the winter semester for 2023/2024 ? Like 4th intake or something? Thanks a lot for your help!

Do you have limited number of seats for the master program? I mean if i submit all my papers and it is okay is this mean 100% i can joining the study. Or you peak the best applicant ? And after submitting all the documents how long usually it take to know if i ger excepted or rejected? I would like to apply for more than one program to increase my chances of getting excepted in one of them is it okay? and can i use the same motivation letter for all the program, because they all about the same specialization which is infrastructure like one about water west and another one about transportation.... etc? Hi, I'm applying for Masters in Data Science. During my application I didn't find any section to upload either SOP or LOR. Does that mean these documents are not required? Thanks.
Please reply: I have 3 queries regarding data science masters (english) 1) For indian applicants, is APS required at the time of applying as it is taking a whole lot of time here. 2) Does uploaded documents need to be notarized (certified) or simple scans are enough? 3) Do I have absolutely no chance to get admission if I don't have a work experience (i have done an internship though but only for 3 months)?? Should I even apply then?
1) No, you do not need your APS in order to apply. You can start your application and need the APS certificate later for your VISA application. 2) PDF scans are sufficient, but documents like transcript of records, bachelor degree and work certificates must be signed and / or officially stamped. 3) Unfortunately work experience of at least 6 months is a mandatory application requirement for all our master degree programs. Hence if you can only provide 3 months as of now, than yes your application wont be successful. Hello Aachen, For work experience certificate can I give my offer letter and a recent promotion letter from same company so that you can confirm the duration bcoz as you know, asking for experience certificate while working in a company would cause unnecessary problems. Hi as rwth deadline starts from June 1 I am on time but still its saying submission of application within the regular deadlines not possible anymore. The prior deadline for third country applicants already expired
This is NO system error but a common error caused by a wrong click right at the beginning of the application menu. At first every applicant will be prompted with the message "Do you have an academic degree from a German university that i RELEVANT for your application or are you going to obtain such a degree before the intended start of your studies?" Most of our international applicants usually do NOT have a German degree and must therefore click NO here! After doing so the application can be continued without this error. :)
Hey, thanks for the thorough explanation. Unfortunately, I made a small mistake when entering my full name, which I noticed only after registering for the account. I searched all over for a way to change it but couldn't find one, and when I even tried to register using a different email, I was told I already had an account. As a result, I'm stuck with an account where I can't modify my full name. I've read that these kinds of errors will be corrected after the initial evaluation process, Nevertheless, I'm here to double-check that it's correct and to inquire about the possibility of changing my name. PS1: "The personal data in this input mask cannot be changed once you have registered. We will correct any inconsistencies in your personal data automatically when we review your documents." - this was the information provided in the site regarding editing my personal information. Providing, you’ve chosen the correct master program by RWTH International Academy. The menu for RWTH Aachen master courses might look different, with no option to upload such documents. I went to apply for masters in micro and nanoelectronics program. Also faced the same situation. Do not find 1 -manual admission. Can I submit with 2-manual admission?
