Once you create an UKVI account, might take a couple days (for me 3 weeks) before the form appeared. Had already received 2 reminders to complete and each time there was no 'form' to start the process. Be patient, log in after couple days or week and see if it appears. Elsewhere here and other videos users are asked to re-install app, think this is unnecessary. So be patient. When it comes to using the App, make sure the phone settings allow for NFC (contactless payment) and this is enabled. Also, if you have a phone protector, remove it when you scanning the chip otherwise you will do this a dozen time each failing. All the best all!
Thank you for the information. I did received the email to create an account and I did. But when I login I can't see the form. Is been a week now. I was worried about why can't I see the form. Again thank you for the information I will have to patiently wait a bit longer.

Notice how the government makes it so difficult for anyone that comes into the UK legally. You are much better off arriving in a dinghy on a beach in England. Free accomodation , free mobile phone and £500 a week , then put at the top of the housing list !!!!
eVisa is easy to use and got many features. There is no free phone and no £500 so dont share false information. Asylum seekers are given only £49 per week with a condition "no right to work and live at a shared accommodation provided by the Home Office. And if they get refugee status they will have to apply for the same eVisa which you think is very difficult to apply

At 5.03 in the video, when I sign in my account and open (my Form link), I don't see what the video shows, I see this message: you have no recent application which is not the case, I applied for visa and received my biometric card by post, and an email from the home office stating that my application for ILR is accepted and asked me to create UKVI account to access my eVisa. I tried to open my account to do what you did in the video starting from 5.03 but I found no form. So, any advise please as I need urgently to get the share code for work. Many thanks

Try these steps: 1) Sign in to your account through email you received from UKVI during creating eVisa account, or 2) Log in from a different device (phone/pc), or 3) Reinstall the UK ID Check app and try again

Hi I received a reference number 3. Days back and I completed without chip scanning unable to do still I didn’t receive mail regarding viewing the e visa and more than that 3 times I tried to login my ukvi account it’s shows we cannot show your proof of identity is there any issues without mail sign in ukvi or need to wait for the mail to view your e visa

My Daughter's BRP is not been scan by the immigration UK mobile app. I have removed the cover, restart the app multiple times, tried with my Wife's phone still no luck. Me and my wife we have done the process but facing issue with my daughter's case. Mobile app is throwing error " Chip not found".
My passport was issued by 2019 I found the information page looks laminated by a plastic film, no matter tried many different ways or using another smartphone, it's still not accepted when making idenity part, what will I do? (I tried both passport and BRP either)
Try to sign in to your account with the email link you have received from the UKVI during creating eVisa account and go through. Hopefully it will work
hi, i created an account yesterday and i put the expire date that it on my brp card which 31 decembre 2024 not the date that i received on the letter which the end sept 2025. is that what should i do or i did it wrong?

This is valid if you have put the expiry date as 31.12.2024 otherwise you may be able to edit once your eVisa is ready to view or create another account and make sure you put correct information this time.

Dont worry, it is not a big issue as the Home Office have access to actual information. You can create a new account using a new email ID/mobile number
UKVI UPDATES. I think i have successfully created the E-Visa . I received an email saying the E-Visa was ready for viewing and logged on. Im guessing the actual E-Visa is the photograph and the brief information displayed, showing how long the applicant is allowed to remain in the UK. The information stated "Status - PROTECTED". Is this the actual Visa ?. Also, how does this system operate when entering the UK?. Do you need to actually need to show this on your smartphone screen, or does your country of origin passport trigger the information automatically to the UK border staff ?.
Hi. No, It is not actual eVisa, sometimes it takes time (days/weeks) to view your eVisa and sometimes you can view it immediately. UKVI will provide further information about it by the end of this year. You must carry your upto date passport and BRP when travelling outside UK till 31.12.2024. eVisa will be linked to your passport so UK border officers will be able to access your digital status via their systems should they need to. You will not need to show them your eVisa but you will be able to view it. You will be required only your passport and eVisa when travelling from 01.01.2025 onwards

The page I viewed had all my information, including the date limit of my stay in the UK, right to work, etc, and the passport type photo I provided. I know the processing could take some time, but the latest email from the Home office said my E -Visa is ready to view, so I assumed it meant now. My BRP card expires on Dec 31st 2024, and my understanding is that the Home Office stresses that I must have the E-Visa online ready before the end of 2024, because applications can't be made after then. on or before Dec 31st 24 , because the E-Visa replaces all BRP cards, whether valid or not. Nothing in the emails I have received so far, either in inviting me to apply, or during the step by step application process, tells me that having applied, I need to wait until closer to the end of the year. Of course I understand that it's impossible for an applicant to know that once applied, how long it will take to view the Visa. The problem then, is that although i applied at the end of May, i cannot be certain that I have applied successfully, despite following all the prompts, until I actually view the Visa. I'm confused why I would be invited to view my Visa, if it hadn't already been processed and was available.

At the moment, you dont need eVisa but you can create UKVI account to apply for eVisa once you get your BRC/BRP card. You can use eVisa to travel but you must carry your BRC/BRP when travel till 31.12.2024. (Everyone will be required to have eVisa to travel from 01.01.2025 onward)

I'm not sure about that but if you see any option there, it might be possible. But I guess you have to create a separate account for each of them. Thank you

There is always a problem, when the app asks me to take the photo of the back of my BRP. It says there is a problem with your document. I have got the same error for using my passport. What is wrong?

No, I dont think if you would be sent another separate email for your dependents. You can create eVisa account for your dependents with a new email ID for each person

Hi, Once account created and logged into UKVI, I don't see eVisa link to proceed in the Forms section for my wife to get QR code and proceed to UK Immigration ID check, but the links are available for my both sons when login with their ukvi account. @@UKVI.updates I tried creating UKVI account with Passport but could not proceed with immigration Id check with Indian Passport as there is no chip and hence I have to use BRP for Immigration Id check. But both document ids (UKVI - passport creation doc and BRP) mismatched and I could not proceed further. When I login back (ukvi -passport account) I lost eVisa link. So now both ukvi accounts have no eVisa links to proceed. Can you please advise whats the next step?
My ILR BRP expiring at August 18th as I have plan to go outside the country in August and September what I need to before that, Do I need submit only for evisa or to do BRP renewal and evisa and how long it takes to get Evisa?
You should renew your BRP card as everyone must carry a BRP card when traveling outside the UK by 31.12.2024 whether you have an eVisa or not. From 01.01.2025 everyone will be required to have an eVisa while traveling but you can apply and get an eVisa anytime before the end of this year.
