Just an fyi… I was born outside of the US as my father was in the military. I did have to take my birth certificate to my SSA. Once I did that, my application was complete. Might be worth mentioning in your video

Very helpful. Thank-you. I look forward to my appointment with your representative in the coming days. BTW, at the confirmation screen, applicants on PC's should be able to choose to "Print to a PDF" (save) thus saving to a location of their choice on their hard drive the confirmation number (should they not have the ability to print to an actual printer).

??? Does the E-Mail Address you provide need to be the same as the one you were using to Print out your Yearly Statements over past Years ???

Hi, I have a question regarding the part that asked ‘ IF I HAVE A GROUP HEALTH PLAN’. I am currently covered under my spouse who is already retired with the city and county of SF. I do not have health insurance through my employer but only through my spouse who is retired. Do I answer ‘Yes’ or ‘No’? Thanks a lot.

Hello please your advice: I have been collecting Social Security benefits for the past two years since I am retiring at 62. Does Medicare enrolling have to be done by hand before turning 65, or will it happen automatically?
