@@Folaliving thanks a bunch! Your video was a life saver as I wasn't able to find any where details about structuring a reconsideration request was mentioned and the other steps to follow. Rest all were agents and consultants, who have given partial information in their videos for obvious reasons. So it did help to some extent but your video helped me complete my application and moreover gave me a confidence in proceeding further. So, a big thank you once again for sharing!
@@muddasaarnazar7354 I had followed the suggestions given on this video to structure my reconsideration letter. And then there are other videos on RU-vid which has information about where to upload your request. Search for IRCC webform. You have to fill out that form and attach your reconsideration letter and additional documents to prove your appeal.
Hello, I just came across your video. Thank you for sharing. I applied for reconsideration as well. However, I got a response two months later but their response wasn’t clear. The response was like a response you get from webform. Nothing about the appeal. Id like to ask if the response you got was from donotreply or CSC ? I’m actually very confused.
Is it just saying that we have received your request and we would pass the information to the concerned department....or something of that sort? If so, it's just an acknowledgement email and not the actual results
Does status change to OPEN in IRCC Tracker OR still it shoes closed? because my status is still shows closed and I received the email that we accepted your enquired and documents
You mention you attached documents in your reconsideration request but in Webform we don't have option to attach docs. Can you please tell how you submitted attachment at time of reconsideration request?
Hi my work permit extension under public policy Aug 2022 got refused . I applied for reconsideration on Jan 29,2023. Still waiting. No response yet. How long will it take mam ?
