Hi Annmarie, we'd love to help. Permanent color is applied over the new growth/roots area first. Then, the gloss can be applied over the mid-ends of the hair, all in one application process. It is ok it the colors overlap slightly. 😊
Is it me or is there “TSK!!” at the end of EVERY SENTENCE?? I tried TWICE to finish watching TSK it, but, TSK, I just, TSK, could TSK, not do itTSK!! Just go to Madison-reed.com and get the info there. Much easier and less need for Ativan.
