Hello, Fantastic demonstration. I studied up on preloading and I had a few questions about how the KT tape and preloading work together. I am interested in this because I am a pianist who has suffered muscle atrophy in my hands. I noticed with KT taping I could play again. I read that KT tape enable the body to use energy from the fascia tissue rather than metabolized energy. Thank-you

Just kinesio-taped my forearm like you adviced in the video. I´ve had this "tennis elbow" about 4 months now. Let´s see how this will work. Awful and ofcourse a painful discomfort. I have given this ultrasound, cold therapy, sports lotions, liquid magnesium, massage, anti-inflammatory painkillers, muscle relaxant... and it´s still there. Taped it few times, but never with this method.

Hello! I have a long tape (6m) how long can I cut it? How many centemeter is the long piece and the smaller piece, that you use? Thank you in advance. And it must be pressed to my hand or not?
