Yes, pwede po. Katunayan din po na single sya at walang record na kasal sa ibang Filipina. Nareleaae po samin 4 days of request online. Ung sa notarized po sa PSA, di ko po sure. Good luck po!
Mam, good pm po. May problem po kami ng British fiancé ko. May marriage license na po kami pero yung Hall of Justice namin dito sa Mandaue City, Cebu City at Lapulapu City ayaw tanggapin yung affidavit na based sa UK embassy na template kasi gusto talaga nila yung Cert of Legal Capacity to Marry, nag email na kami sa UK Embassy at di rin raw sila makakapagbigay na nun kasi sapat na raw yung affidavit. Pwede ko po bang itanong kung saan kayo kinasal dito sa Pilipinas at kung may contact number pa po nila kayo? It'll be a great help po talaga. Thank you and God bless po. 🙏
Hello po! Iba pa po Ung legal capacity sa affidavit. Ask the city hall po san nyo pwede papa gawan ng legal capacity Ung affidavit na hawak nyo. Normally hall judge po gagawa nun tulad ng akin dito sa Pasig City Hall.

@@dailydoseofmusic24-7 I suggest to call embassy din po pag Andun ka na sa hall of Justice at pakiusapan embassy to explain over the phone sa HOJ na affidavit should be enough na as legal capacity
@@darlingstretch9739 naku ginawa na po namin yan 2x na pero parang ang close minded nila talaga. Iniinsist na kailangan nila yung Legal Capacity na galing talaga sa embassy. E pano nga namin makukuha yun e di na nga nagbibigay si embassy nung cert na yun🤦🏻♀️ pinakita na namin lahat ng proof sa website ng UK, pati memorandum circular ng PSA na dapat acceptable na yung affidavit ayaw pa rin talaga nila. 😔
Hindi po ba kayo pinakuha ng CNI or legal capacity mismo sa Embassy here? Or affidavit lang okay na then ipapasa sa embassy or sa munisipyo? Thanks for response.

Hello po sa pagclaim po ng marriage license need pa din po ba sya in person kasi one week lang po sya dito to process our application for marriage license then babalik na lang ulit sya after 3months para sa wedding day pero that time 3 weeks naman sya mag-stay.
Hindi na po, you can claim it alone na. This is based on my experience sa Pasig po ha. Better to double check with your municipality hall where you will apply po.

@@darlingstretch9739 but is should be notarized kahit saang notary public then need yun bago ipasa lahat ng requirements. And tama po dapat hindi hand written at mag sign sya sa harap ng mag nonotary kahit sa local registry lang sa city ko hindi na sa PSA. And sa cenomar nya kahit ako na lang kumuha online.
