Please sir , I wrote the WASSCE twice 2021 and 2022 , I did general arts . I want to pursue in the bachelor of arts field or college of education field. But then my 2021 results, I had D7 in science and my 2022 results ,science was cancelled but the rest of the subjects I passed well. Can I get admission due to this condition. With Agg 20, if you want to be on the main campus select BA Education as your 1st choice, 2nd choice select BA Sports and Physical Culture and make your 3rd choice BA Accra City Campus.

Your aggregate is 13 . For BSc Admin please consider selecting the Accra City Campus. BSc IT was aggregate 12 last year and you needed B2 in your core maths

What kinds of programs do you want to select on the legon campus. Because mind you most programmes offered on the legon campus are highly competitive.What you select as your 2nd or 3rd is someone s 1st choice.

No please, you should remember that some will also have Aggregate 6,7,8,9 and 10 and also apply for Bsc Information Technology as their 1 st choice and they will be selected ahead of you. In the year 2019 IT was cut off at agg 15 , in 2020 it was cut off at agg 12 with at least a B2 in core maths and we dont know the cut of for this year since the awaiting applicants are yet to write their wassce. My Advice is that you dont put all your eggs in one basket applying to only University of Ghana. UNER & UEW also does IT as a program.

Hi is it a mistake you made when applying or you decided you want to arrange your name that way?If that is the case, to be on a safer side please write letter to WAEC to update the arrangement in their system because the UG gets the results directly from WAEC so the should,nt be any inconsistency.

hi abi, Bsc Nursing & Midwifery at UG is open to all backgrounds and a general arts student can also apply. however the cut off point was agg 10 & 11 respectively and you must also attend interview. please watch the college of health science video for UG to understand better.

hi kharis tnx for the question , you can buy as many forms as you like, the only problem is that all programmes in the college of health sciences invites all successful applicants for exams and interview at the same time.And you cannot be in two places at the same time. Are you an awaiting candidate or you have your results ? so i can advice you better.

oh ok thats great , my advice is you stick with one application form for now, apply for Medicine as your 1st choice , Biological Sciences as your 2nd and Barchelor of Arts City Campus as your 3rd. The University will give you one week grace period to make changes when your awaiting grades are now in. Thats is going to be the most important moment with your application .

Mathematical Sciences cut of @ 16 for females last year and it also required that you have at least a grade B3 in your E. Maths. You can go ahead and select this program as your 1st choice. Yes You get to specialize in Computer Science in your 3rd Year.

hi ,as a foreign student you are visit the international admissions portal online and apply by creating an account with your email address and begin the application process. After completing the application you are to later pay an amount of $110 as your application fees.

Ok, Based on last year's cut off point which was 16 for females, your chances are great. But avoid select BA Bouquet subjects which has Economics because you don't have elective mathematics. BA Education is not a 3rd choice program so you can replace it to BA City Campus. But in all your chances for gaining admissions is very high.

@@herbertboakye8025 ok that's fine but make sure when you're re applying, you apply as an applicant who has never attended UG. When you're successful with your admissions into BSc Mathematical Sciences , wright an official letter to the University and withdraw from your old program.

No please due to the high number of applicants this year please select a programme you meet the cut off point, if possible say yes to fee paying. May i know the programme you are applying and your elective back ground.

Normally for Diploma to Degree nursing it is required you should have at least a 3.0 in your FGPA for the nursing and a good wassce results. Do you meet all these requirements? Did you apply for Distance Nursing? Admissions for diploma to degree came out in November 2020. You should have followed up to the nursing school to find out the reason. You can still do the follow ups but school sessions has already begun tough You can also send me an email with your details to know if actually qualified.

hi, Its likely BA Education and Family and Consumer Science cut off on the legon will be very competitive this year so pls choose One as your first choice and make city campus your 2nd choice as well as distance education your third choice.

hi michael,thanks very much for the comment, all the same the most important part of the educational information is entering your correct waec index number, year of examination and the month of exams whether may/june or nov/dec. If you make a mistake there the University will not process your admission.
