Yes you need to sign it and come along with it to campus when coming for your registrations

Hello sir , I need your help here . I log in using my OSN , I was feeling the form but didn't finish and the phone went off , when It was on , I went back to log in again with my OSN . But it keeps on telling me the OSN has already been taken , mean while I haven't finish feeling yet . Please help me out.

And the receipt you talk about saying is at the right corner of the forms I bought from the post office, I can’t see it oo But rather is my PIN number and another number which start with UPSA and end with 13ct which is 17 digits.. please help me out on this

It mean the OSN entered isn’t correct. Check the Characters well and enter them carefully
