@@lindairvine4686 I think I’m stuck because I’m using non uv topcoat. I’m dipping my nails. The chrome I have is like eyeshadow consistency.

As long as it is a non wipe, but most base coats are NON non wipe since they’re meant to have another polish in top. A non wipe top coat will work best 😊 Young Nails channel has a really great video all about chrome powder! Hope this helps.
