@@phanicatthecrybabyneighbur4028 i wait 20 mins. my routine is a little more fancy with more hydrating toners but i use those first, then a light moisturiser. especially with tretinoin you don't want your face to be wet as it can increase irritation

My tretinoin routine : 1. Cetaphil hydrating cleanser 2. Serums - niacinaminde , vitamin c 3. Snail mucin 4. Gel moisturiser After 15-25 mins 5. Tretinoin 0.1% (thin layer) After 20-30 mins 6. Gel moisturiser. This routine has reduced my acne tremendously. Hope this helps 🫶

I'm not a beard fan doc. However, it will help your retinol last longer. However, your vitamin C product may break down prior to finishing. BTW if the vitamin C turns yellow it is likely still usable if used prior to six to nine months. So no concerns.

He's using an eye cream without retinol as a buffer to protect the very sensitive eye tissue. Don't put retinol on your eyelids or under eye area.

It really bothers me seeing doctors on social media. Don’t you have patients to care for? GO AWAY. Also there are many ways to apply retinol. I mix mine with my moisturizer. A lot of retinols are a little dry which makes it impossible to spread evenly. You can also apply after moisturizer to avoid irritation, especially if you’re new to it.
