Hello, I did MDS periodontics in India and I want to practice in United States. Is there any advantage for people with MDS to practice dentistry in us.
For a residency program dental boards may or may not be required. Every school has a different requirement. For example, dental public health programs, perio residency do not require NBDE in some schools. I will work on this video for you
hi ma'am is there any chance to get selected for dental school in US after passing both nbde part1 and part2 by second attempts, I mean I took both parts twice, somebody told me my chance of acceptance here in US is very rare with two attempts, I am very stressful, should I apply for Mexico or if have to apply here how I can make my caapid application strong? thank you so much
Hello ma'am I am a first year BDS student from India. Can you tell the complete procedure about the steps to be followed from the first year itself for getting admission in the US after 5 years of BDS here ? will you please explain about the study material and any special requirements which should be done through the 5 years course here and will help me in getting selected in the US ? as it is always good to start early so i wanted to know about the whole procedure and what should be my study pattern from the 1st year itself that would help me later during admission. I am really thankful to you ma'am for this youtube channel and for guiding us in a very systematic and simple manner. Please guide me a little bit more about the doubts i asked above. If i can contact you through any other way which is easier for you as well, you can tell me about it. once again thankyou so much ma'am..hoping to get your reply soon :)
Hi Charu. I am happy that you are focused and know the path you want to pursue. As a D1 student I would suggest that you invest a lot of time in studying you pre-clinical courses, assist a dentist or MDS student at least 1-2 days/week. If you cannot help them clinically, just observe, this way you will learn a lot about clinical dentistry including some common questions asked in the dental boards. If your university has dental conferences present some posters even if they are 'literature reviews', and write and publish papers. Imagine if you write 2 papers every year...by the time you graduate you will have written and published 10 papers :-) Send me any questions you have and will be glad to help
Hello ma'am. Your video was very informative and cleared most of my initial confusions and apprehensions. I'm currently interning in MCODS, Manipal. I have a few questions regarding the process. So can I kindly get your email address?
