x in this case, do more research or your own, checking out more reliable videos and definitely talk to your dermatologist or rep who is helping you. This cream can help with acne, fine lines, hyperpigmentation, anti-aging as well. But, it’s very aggressive so be careful. A pea size on your finger and then dab it all over your face leaving eye area aside, rub it in nicely. Now, since this can create redness, peeling, irritation, dryness in the next 3-4 of application, it’s imp to protect your skin with lotion and lots of sunscreen. To avoid so much irritation, a tip : apply lotion after washing your face, let dry completely ( 30 min or so ) and then apply this. It helps to reduce irritation. Start slow- once a week, next week two times and slowly build it up. Sunscreen all throughout the day otherwise it can harm your exposed skin. Try to stay away from heat, sun, high temp showers to reduce inflammation. Good luck!

My doctor said to apply evenly on whole face while my problem was only on forehead. I agree cause it peels your skin so if you apply it in parts of skin it might look weird. Just my observation though. I'm no expert. But my doctor is. So i trusted him.

You can use it however apply a pea sized amount or thin layer because it will dry out your face if you have dry or sensitive normal skin. If you have oily skin you’re fine, honestly it works great and while it’s mainly used for removing and preventing acne it does amazingly well at helping lift hyperpigmentation as well as post red inflammatory scarring left behind

After applying tretinoin wait for half an hour and use a basic moisturizer on top of Retin a. I am using it for nearly 6 years. During usage if u find any irritation stop using if for a week and then restart it the same way or reduce the frequency. If your skin very sensitive use a moisturizer before and after Retin-A. But don’t use any moisturizer with vitamin c or salicylic acid( neutrogena). Vitamin c serum or cream can be used on other nights. Vitamin b3 (Niacinamide) creams/serums can be used during the day under your sunscreen. . Adjust usage using common sense. Milk honey glycerine Aloe vera chamomile poppy seeds paste can be mixed in homemade face pack as these are all anti inflammatory and are Retin a‘S friends.

Onions juice is very good use it leave it for 1 to 2 hours and wash your hair like usual I had my hair falling too much and it helped so much it made my hair thicker and it grew back!! It's so good but bad smell I used it when i didn't have to go out ...

Always apply sunscreen when going out in sun and use moisturizer as tretinoin can be very drying

You can use it overnight .depends on how your skin is .if you have over sensitive skin ,start with lower strength tretinoin and wash after an hour to see if your skin is able to tolerate . If your skin doesn't react badly then you can start keeping it overnight . Additionally,keep your skin well moisturized since tretinoin can dry out your skin .

Yes it can. I have never heard of it to be applied just on affected area. It takes time to work and it is used mainly to prevent future acne and not active one so It has to be used all over the face for that.
