i m not a advocate, lekin 2 baar me ne apney ko delhi ke court me defend kiya bina kisi advocate ke dhara thi IPC 420,467,468,471 jis me ek case me mujh ko charge ke time hee discharge kar diya gaya aur ek case me magistrate bhi puri trah merey khilaaf they lekin meri zabardast argument ke aagey kuchh na kar paaye aur mujh ko bari karna pada, so i think knowlwdge is power, achhi trah padiye samajhiye kisi advocate ko bhi samajhdaar client ko defend karney me maza aata hai

A civil judge (junior division) in District Court is wrongly using procedure under Order 18 Rule 17 for re-examining witness under Order 18 Rule 4(2) CPC although procedures are different. Judge is stubborn and unwilling to learn / accept proper procedure that I am saying and getting angry on me. How can I convince the judge of the right process?
