The timing for this video could literally not be better.. I have no questions after watching this. Granted mentioning how to adjust backlash would have been a plus.. but that aside, explanations were crystalline.
I do not recommend. No support after purchase. I ordered the Extended Travel Ball joint for the Toyota Runner 2018 model a few months ago. Tried to install it, but it doesn't fit the car. The specifications on the box are correct so it seems like the wrong item was packed. I hope something can be done to correct it. I sent a few emails (along with pictures) but never received any response. Sadness.
