Funny thing is the day you uploaded this i was in Sturgis looking at some nice older HD's, @4:40 Ash's thumb tallens are things of nightmares, lol.

Ash, not sure if you will see this since your video was posted awhile ago. I am a huge fan and grateful you decided to share your knowledge. My question: the fixed jet on the M88 downtube; you mentioned it goes on the idle jet side. I have the same Harley service manuals you use and some illustrations do show it on the idle jet side and some illustrations clearly show it on the high speed "power" jet side. They never mention the correct location in the text. Can you please, please confirm?

I got a M88 on my WLA. Throttle won't fully open. Throttle lever has 41mm movement but throttle cable only 36mm. So I'm loosing 5mm somewhere. Checked cable, slide, spiral. They all run smoothly. Throttle also opens and closes smoothly. Any idea what could cause this? Thanks very much for your videos. They have been a great help!

There's a lot of factors which can affect the cost or time it takes. But if everything is new and ready to bolt together then about £400.

Hi ive just treated myself to a WLA which has only been in my garage for a few days. The carb is full of jelly and corrosion which i have stripped and cleaned and its the same as the carb in your video. I was wondering where you get your rebuild kits from and would like to know what to order. great videos btw
