I purchased 4- new feeders this year in hopes it would cut down on the amount of corn I feed . In this video we go thru the steps of putting these feeders together . I also mounted a solar charger to the feeders to keep the battery charged. There are a couple of modification you can do to the feeder to improve the overall performance .

Thank you for the video. I was having a hard time with the instructions. I was about to return the feeder to Tractor Supply when I thought to check RU-vid. Without your video I wouldn’t have been able to assemble it! Your instructions were clear and to the point. You also did a good job of getting great camera angles that helped tremendously.

You can also use electrical tape on the leg joints to keep it up while you stand it up. That way if you want to disconnect and change the height all you have to do is twist the leg to bust the tape...if you use screws they tend to get loose and damage the legs.

The latch definitely is a bit difficult, I used a screwdriver and tapped on it to. Now my rechargeable batteries are only showing two bars even though I charged them up. Guess I’ll try a solar panel.

Hope so trying to get a little honey hole in the woods behind my in-laws. Had a spike come in Saturday morning. Found a couple scraps farther up the hill right behind my feeder.
