hello if you connect that box at the back of the tv, it clicks at the bottom, but you can move it at the top, this is normal or not?

I had the qn95b installed the other day and they did not have a clue how to put the stand on 🙈

@Neil Taylor. That's why we make these. Even if it wasn't purchased from Abt, we still want to make sure you have the information needed to get it installed correctly. We don't have the QN95B in stock yet, but as soon as we do we'll have a pedestal install video done on it. Thanks for watching!
