Can you please tell me where to get locks for window once unit is in place? Also the board that holds the exhaust pipe doesn't have a lock on mine! Do you think that will make a difference??

Seems like there is a lot of maintenance (2 filters to clean) with this portable A/C system. Unfortunately with all the plastic components that have to be removed to drain the unit, and clean the filters (2) will in my opinion at some point fail and break. Great step by step video on installing and cleaning the unit. 😊

I just opened and installed my unit and it has the FL error code out of the box. Do you have any idea or advice on what to do? I tried draining it but nothing came out.

Save your money buy a Toshiba. This is some janky Chinese garbage
