Great video but no reminder to not press the front brake lever once the plastic caliper insert is remove. Pressing the front brake before the wheel is inserted will activate the brake pistons. The brake pads could be touching the caliper when the wheel is installed.

The tools Aventon include for assembly are excellent. You do need to get some pliers though to pull out the front brake guide protector. The battery comes not charged at all so need to charge for a half hour before using.

My bike came with a “derailleur hanger” and 2 M4 8mm bolts and 2 cable clamps. The manual and your instructions didn’t mention them. ???

Need to include reminder to inflate the tires as they are not at the 30-50 psi when it comes out of box. Mine were only 11 psi new so had to inflate before riding

any instructions for the Next Gen fenders? It seemed easy enough but my rear fender is quite wobbly when I go over bumps in the road

Does the rear break have a break caliper insert aswell? Or only the front?

Yes there is chain lube on the chain upon arrival. Its is recommended to lube the chain again after a few weeks.
