absolutely excellent instructions didn't know how to assemble or use this product until finding and using your videos like the defuser noting anywhere in he instructions about what its for and how to use it. i probably would have had returned it if not for the instructions and i have to say how impressed i was with the construction of the light box very well made!
I bought this and like it for non-shiny items, but for glossy stones in my jewelry items, I have not been able to get rid of the reflections in the lights above no matter what I try to diffuse it.
Hi Anne, we recommend using the included diffusion panel, and if you need more diffusion, you can slip diffusion sheets between the panel and the light.
PRESALES QUESTION buying form the uk.. would this work with the 230/240 volts in uk mains supply? Do I need a voltage conveter or just something to chnage the plug to a uk one?
