Overview of assembly of my PopCan RC King Midget car

Suggested assembly procedures.
Remove the plastic body from the car and cut off the extrusions on the front and back. Remove the headlights and tail lights and associated wiring, CAREFUL not to cut or damage any of the other wires on the car.
Cut off the small protrusions on both sides so your wood panels fit well.
Test fit all pieces prior to gluing. Highly suggest lightly sanding the parts that are not set at a 90 degree angles, (convertible top, fenders, rear trunk pieces, top back of the dash so the windshield fits good) is suggested to get a nice fit.
Use the nail (steering column) to ensure the holes in the steering wheel and dash are good, then cut the nail in about half using a pair of wire cutters.
