Is it possible to get rear plate that hold multiple attachment slots, my floor dok doesn't come with this rear plate

I bought my Gen5 expecting to be able to buy the Floor Dok but unfortunately it isn’t available. My Gen5 is laying on the floor because I don’t want to screw the wall mounted docking station onto the wall. Dyson should get this sorted ASAP.

Hi Steve! Thanks for reaching out. The floor dock will not need to be mounted onto the wall. You will be able to charge and store the vacuum on the stand.

When you take it out the whole wall mount comes off why?

that’s the battery pack, they have removed the wall dock from this specific vacuum.

This dok can’t handle the gen5 weight DONT BUY IT . this because the new design has a much thinner base and the pole comes in two parts where as the old version had one pole and thicker base to counter the gen5 weight. You can see the Original at the end of the video.
