Ok correct me if I'm wrong with this program "JoyToKey" I can use to assign on USB Encoder for the other plugs/sockets on the USB board that they are for 1.joystick movements up, down, left, right and 2. Pre defined keys ?
Didn't really watch the video, just skipped through to see what software you were using, but thanks for the software recommendation, I was able to play tetris with my rc car transmitter.
that software is handy, i use it on Spintires cause it doesn't allow me to use 2 controllers (buttonbox) and on My Summer Car so i can move the character around
I love the videos, wanna try doing my own stuff, just wanna know...where/how do you get your rub stickers??Im at a total loss how to create them or order??
Is it possible to configure JoyToKey so it takes the ON and OFF from a toggle switch as an Input? In my Game i have to push "L" for the lights. Push L = ON, Push L = OFF. I want to use a ON/OFF toggle switch for that. The problem now is, JoyToKey get this: Switch to ON -> Push, Hold Switch to OFF -> Release I want: Switch to ON -> Push, Release Switch to OFF -> Push, Release Like when i push the Button "L" twice.
hey there i was just checking out your video! i wanted to make the X button on my steering wheel controller the X keyboard key. that work out quite well actually! but do i have to open joytokey every time i want to use the button assignment?
Could you do a video on a diy FFB wheel? I've found some other tutorials but they don't have anyone speaking and have text from non-native English speakers so the tutorials are a bit hard to follow. I'd love to get into sim racing but I can't afford to buy a decent wheel, so I'd like to make one cheaper.
I want to do the opposite, I bought a button box but the buttons already represent keys on the keyboard, mostly keys that are already being used, is there anyway I can make them there own individual buttons
I have a problem, added your library and used your sketch, uploaded it and compiling was fine but when i go into joy2key, nothing happens when i press any button on the box
Nervmind, the problem was that i already had 2 joysticks in Joy2Key, and needed to add another one in the options! Maybe this helps some other people too;) Great videos btw, you are our hero!
