She is best.. my sister in law goes there for all her trimester and other scans. All reports are systematic. She is very soft spoken and down to earth.

excellent presentation maam. if there is discrepancy in subsequent growth scans after 28 weeks, should we mention EDD as per present scan or as per previous usg maam

As per previous usg. Subsequent scans if discrepancy found it will be fgr or large baby depending on discrepancy

if the ultrasound age is higher than lmp age -what would be the causes apart from wrong dates?

If it is detected in first trimester then wrong dates if detected in third trimester then it is large size fetus LGA fetus.

@@dralpanajoshi2488 ok mam..few cases in practice,HC and BPD is higher than expected gestational age compared to AC and FL and the machine averages out one or two week higher ..apart from macrocephaly ,still is it possible physiologically( like accelerated growth)...?

@@dralpanajoshi2488 thank u for ur kind reply ..one last question ,so if ac,fl is lower compared to bpd hc or any one parameter is lower than the gestational age ,the machine averages out and give lower ultrasound age compared to menstural age...in that case,as u said ,we stick to previous report EDD and suggest follow up or skip filling edd in that scan ?

@@jawaharize stick to the first trimester scan EDD problem comes when no dating scan done in first trimester then dont average out parameters uf unequal but rule out other pathologies do follow up
