The abrupt projections are so much fun, the feeling of that fast speed, not knowing where you will end up. Short, very short but sweet! Waking up at 2am, washing my face, journaling, going back to sleep produces the longest lasting projections for me. The other techniques makes me feel like I'm trying too hard and nothing ever comes of it. Thanks for your perspective! Highly valued!
You are a scientist! It's so cool how much thought you have put into this in such a scientific, methodical, yet creative way. I am far from getting out of body, but I will say that this roller coaster method has been the best way for me to feel SOMETHING, at least. It's getting to that trance state that is the hardest part for me. Meditation just makes me sleep! lol
+Olivia Langford science FTW. :) Yeah, that is tricky. Microsleep is the key most the time for me. If you can train your mind to dip in and out very briefly, eventually you can have your mind come back, leaving your body asleep.
Tonight, I wanted to have a look at a compilation of texts from the Kashmir’s tradition about Kundalini. As expected, it was cryptic ..., so I shut the book, opened my laptop, found this new video, and read the chat between Brian Slartsani and you about rollercoaster, ring of fire, VR headset. Imagining the surprise of an old Hindu master listening to you both made me burst out laughing. I can’t wait to try this new spiritual tool of yours! The mystical revolution has begun!
I do some sort of tumbling and I'll try to imagine to do multiple backflips to induce the feeling of motion. Thanks for the inspiration and keep doing these great videos. Love your channel
You are right about the exit technique , They are just that exit technique they can rearly get you in the the trance state that is needed to actually use the technique.
+MR black trance is required for pretty much any technique in my experience. Target, motion based, yo-yo, phantom wiggling, etc. None of it becomes real until in the void.
the key is focus and intent ,this technique s can be boring and a pain to do people end up fealing like they are waiting for something to happen if that was the case we d all be aping in the local supermarkets :)
I find this very interesting as I wrote to you a little while ago about just this very thing. In my post I mentioned how I awoke in the night to find myself manipulating what looked like 2 white energy ribbons. I was making them swing back and forth when I suddenly found myself above and facing my body. As I have a lot of lucid dreams I simply assumed I was dreaming now after watching this im not so sure. Food for thought cheers.
Funny thing is I discovered this on my own and I was shocked when I found others doing this. I discovered this as a kid coming home from Magic Mountain. I would do this every night.
I have always been envious of people who discovered this early on. It took me 34 years to even realized it was a possibility and then another 2 years to actually get the hang of it. Lots of lost time to make up for :)
@@PhaseEvolution exactly how you described is how I do it. I just keep om imagining a crazy unreal rollor coaster ride and sooner or later blast off and silence. As a kid I just figured I was playing. Thanks for letting me know im not crazy. You broke it down really well. Im going to subscribe
Yes, this worked for me the last few times I got out, I also got it to work waking up in sleep paralysis. I haven't tried AP for a week or so as its just been real hot here in the UK.
i always get so relaxed that i just start snoring and i hear myself snoring and then i come back from that i cant get past it. its like i fall asleep and wake myself up and realize what had happened and am like damn. imma keep trying though i think the fact that i hear myself snoring is good.
+First Last actually that is good. If you can remain indifferent and not react to it, letting your mind wake up and your body can continue to snore, you can proceed. I have heard myself snoring many times. It is off like you are listening to someone else because there you are, wide awake, and you hear snoring and it is you.
Most of my exits definitely involve motion, & tactile visualization in general. Also, as a regular VR gamer, I've noticed a definite increase in both lucid dreams & OBEs:)
+TheMoonKingdom I actually read an article recently that said people who play a lot of First Person POV games tend to more naturally Lucid dream. They have an easier time questioning their reality. Interesting what technology does to us. In a good way I mean.
This not related to the video, but I had a dream where it occurred to me to issue the command "consciousness now". The dream seemed fairly ordinary, but issuing that command instantly transformed it in to a highly lucid, energetic state where I could easily fly around and pass through objects. I mention because I thought that the command could be used for OBE's as well. I have only had a few brief OBE's and it didn't occur to me to do that.
Do you have any video's or can you give me any advice on how you achieve the trance and vibrational state please. I used to be able to AP as a child without having to meditate etc, and in my 20's I suffered from a lot of sleep paralysis, and left my body several times (although the majority of time's the was scared). But now I'm 38, and haven't had SP for a few years. I seem to be struggling to bring on the vibrational stage's and would know some other tried and tested method's please, many thanks from the UK xxx
+LeeAnn Sheridan I have a few that might help. Check out my playlist on how to astral project. The direct method is the one where you put your body to sleep. Later in the series, there is one on microsleep that I would recommend. Microsleep is the practice of dipping in and out of sleep very briefly over and over. Using this I can get into the trance state in about 15 minutes instead of 45 minutes or more like it used to take me. I really need to make a video talking specifically about the void state. I don't have one dedicated to that yet. Here are the links I think would be most helpful out of what I have posted: Mind Awake Body Asleep 1 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Eqx645Gt5-k.html Mind Awake Body Asleep 2 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YVEp862FOus.html Mind Awake Body Asleep 3 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-cFnu2xGRZQA.html Microsleep - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GZkxLTC9akY.html
Thank you very much for helping me. I have tried numerous times to AP however I have not yet had any success. At one point it felt like I had a heart attack. I always try to get to the vibrations state but I can only feel then a little, get excited and they vanish. I heard some people don't get the vibrations at all, so should I try an exit technique while I am in that mind awake body asleep state or should I keep focusing on getting to the vibration state?
+Christoph Wisotzki if you are one that goes through the vibrational state, it will occur during your separation attempt. They are not so much a goal in themselves, but a sign post that you are going in the right direction. If you can get to a deep mind awake body asleep state and feel that disassociation from your body, you can proceed with an exit technique and more likely than not, the vibrations will come as you get closer to separation
That's how I normally astral Project! And you are correct .... it is usually very short because I am flying so quickly. I would say it happens probably 75% of the time. I have been working on slowing down and not shooting out of my body. I just last week got to walk through my house and it was amazing!
I actually named this technique " the Kaleidoscope technique" for me. Because visually that's what I see before I shoot out. Sounds silly but that's what I compare it to. But it definitely feels like a roller coaster once you shoot out lol I also feel the tingling sensation on the Crown of my head, it starts off with a strong feeling between my eyes almost in the middle of my forehead then the feeling on the Crown of my head leads to the vibrations in my legs then body. Sometimes I hear a loud gong or bell as I shoot out. I also would like to know more about your experience with the sharp jolt you spoke about... where you feel it in your spine and it makes you arch your back abruptly. I have had that happen a few times and wonder what it could be. It's almost like a strong electrical surge that jolts you in your lower back. This has only happened to me a handful of times and it's when I am in the sleep paralysis state. Very interesting
+Jessica I so crazy that this insane blasting out of body is where so many people start. :) Is it hard for you to remain calm enough to make the landing and continue the experience? That is my challenge.
+Jessica I it is interesting. I don't know yet where that jolt stems from, but I get it regularly. I also feel tingling in that area after an OBE. I have wondered if it is what others call kundalini and chakras. It feels almost like a blockage of some sort where there is this pulling jolt that would go up my spine, but it gets stuck. It feels like an electric shock, but inside, not on my skin. I only mention kundalini because I have been reading Robert Bruce again and it is right behind what he calls the navel energy center.
+Damon Hockey sounds different than what I experience at the base of my spine. This is more like a jolt of electricity that makes me arch my back due to the intensity of it and then it is gone.
Phase Evolution I actually blast out and then slow down. Although I don't know where I am which is frustrating. I have flown in someone's house, in the woods and other random places. I am getting better at it now where I can now stop myself above my house when I shoot out.
I have used a trampoline visualization because that is easy after spending years jumping with my kids, but what I have found in the end is that spinning motion has the greatest effect for me. I typically only use two visualizations these days. I still use the roller coaster, and then the other is the feeling of spinning in a computer desk chair. Working in a cube all day every day, this is also an easy one to practice during the day to make visualizations easier at night.
Sometimes, when I'm trying to sleep, I don't sleep right away. But, I do notice something interesting, I managed to find a way to convince myself to think that I'm sleeping on the opposite of the bed. Instead of my head facing the wall, it would feel like it's facing the wall adjacent. Is there any way I can get this little act of mental gymnastics into an opportunity to further my attempts on Astral Projection?
+Haitch Cue Zed that seems very much like the target technique by Buhlman. Once you are in the void state, if you can create this imagined scene or yourself in this alternate location, you can transfer to it. It seems to happen when your senses become stronger in the imagined scene than they are in your physical body. They is why it helps to be in the void state. Engage your imaginary senses as much as possible in the alternate location. Something else you could try is the yo-yo technique Robert Bruce talks about where you put yourself in the other location with every out breath, usually a place close by that you could see if your eyes were open, and then you return with every in breath. Eventually you start to feel internal pressure and vertigo and the movement out becomes real. I have ended up near the light on my ceiling a few times using this method.
I found it by searching for Ring of fire POV, then I downloaded it and made it loop for 10 minutes and I use it with my 3D headset. Here is my version if interested. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Lt7IR-E3yHk.html
+shobith murali most likely it is a problem with relaxation. You need to reach a level of relaxation comparable to what you experience while sleeping. I would recommend practicing microsleep. It is the fastest way I have found to get into the void state. I have a video on it in my how to project playlist
You talked about WB's having 40 methods and how it is overwhelming. What about MR who wants you to try many different techniques every few seconds. Can you do a video on just getting to the void state? Please make sure to state how long it may take. I love your details in your videos, keep up the good work.
+dale beaupre have you watched my first video on the direct method? That one takes you through the process of getting to the void state/mind awake body asleep. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Eqx645Gt5-k.html
So rollercoaster method only works when our senses shut down and completely dissociated from the body or when full sleep paralysis kicked in or after doing microsleep ?do I have to visualize everything or only feel the sense of motion?
Yes, it only works in the void state where disassociation has occurred. I visualize everything. The motion is the most important thing, but visualizing the scenery, wind, smells, all of that makes the motion easier to imagine
Phase Evolution thanks man you're one of the best you tubers that gives your attention to help people.btw that method worked for me once and I actually astral projected and I fell on the floor. due to shock I was back in my body.im not giving it up! Thanks man
Phase Evolution is it safe for kid to astral project?what if he get molested or something? And I've seen people getting possessed why in the world that happens when astral projection is pretty safe.?
It is completely safe. None of that scary possession stuff can happen. People with no experience make that stuff up, but consider people like Monroe and Buhlman, with close to a century of combined experience, never once talk about danger or possession.
Hey man I had an interesting experience last night. I had a vivid lucid dream that I was on a small spaceship. Then suddenly a large black hole appeared right in the middle of the ship. I hate those things they're freaky. I wish they would go away. Then I was on a space station. And I was under attack by hostile aliens. I had energy weapons in each hand but it wasn't enough to hold them off. Then one of them snuck up behind me and got me. Then I find myself somewhere else with a small crowd of people. There is a woman in front of me and I talk to her for a minute. Then I do something really crazy. I jump into her body. Not the first time I've done this by the way. I've done this in dreams and OBEs. It's really bizarre.
I have and I have heard from other people who have as well. I doubt you could do this with an actual entity but it seems to work just fine with thought forms.
+jake hach I don't have much luck projecting during the day, but I know people who do, do give that a try. As far as the state you have to be in, you need to be in the void/trance state for these visualizations to feel real and therefore be effective. I should say, "I" need to be in trance. Maybe it is possible to get OBE without it, but I cannot as of yet.
That you have figured out your own method to leave your body seems to me to be something very cool. The use of a visual aid before going to bed. I am wondering if listening to a sound when watching the visual, then listening to that sound as you're falling asleep would help. Carnival music maybe, but I am thinking more of just a sound. Something other than binaural beats that can be played in the background as you're falling asleep. Patent something like that you might be on the road to your first million? Just a thought, not completely kidding here. Eventually the sound could possibly be the trigger too? Could a possible visual before bed that takes you to a place, put you in that place? Picture a visual of setting down on Mars. You may be onto something important with the pre-sleep visual. Just my thoughts.
+Wayne Wallace I imagine you could use something like that to induce a lucid or non lucid dream scenario. The Monroe institute has a Hemisync track for just about anything you can think of. If I come up with anything effective in that respect, I will definitely let everyone know. I would just post it for free though. I'm not interested in money. I just enjoy sharing this with people and learning more about it myself.
Cool. I guess I would be the same way. I have given up trying to project for now. The first time I read about lucid dreaming in Omni Magazine, I had a lucid dream, not long after I tried to get out of body and I almost made it, then nothing . Each time I do something like that or almost do something, it feels like my mind compensates somehow and prevents me when I try again. I still like your videos though. Many years ago I paid to learn TM. I have gotten back into that and am having some amazing results with that. Maybe I will get back into some of the lucid dreaming and trying to project again. I will see. Keep up the good work.
+First Last sort of. First you need to get to the void state. That disassociation from your body is important because it makes it far easier to generate realistic sensations in your non physical scenario. Then, if you are using the target technique, which it sounds like you are describing, you will picture yourself in another location and in that location, engage your senses as strongly as you can. If you can get the scene realistic enough and your senses become stronger there than in your body, you will start to feel internal pressure and vertigo and a brief phasing sensation through the vibrations and you will be in your pictures scene
ok, so last night I tried this using my VR..(YES MY VR...no kids allowed lol) Made a huge difference...Still didnt project but felt my astral body swaying and Astral arms lifting. Then I feel asleep. I was really tired last night and it took me a while to figure out how to use the VR on youtube...It was very distracting resetting the video to keep playing in aloop, so Mike if you can do that for us that would be awesome! Im off on a 12 hour rode trip to florida so guess what I will be doing? of crs Im not driving but I will be riding the Ring of Fire! I really want to project quickly and in an unfamiliar place...I have been trying for so long that I want to skip the whole being around my house!!
+Raiderette4life very cool that you at least got some pre-exit sensations. I am rendering the training video now. I wanted to do it in HD so it will take a bit to upload since it is like 10GB in size. I'll try to get it uploaded, tested, and posted this weekend.
I asked a while ago and you said my thought was interesting i just thought id ask it agian. Have you ever experienced with your own size in the astral relams? Can you say.. Go quantom?
After what feels like a year of trying, I'm finally able to leave my body. It happened first last night and again tonight. First, I was never able to do it and now I've done it two nights in a row. A few things I noticed, though. For one thing, I don't see my physical body laying in bed. I see my wife but not me, so for me to get back into my body, I have to close my astral eyes and focus on having a body so I can wake up in it. I also noticed that it hasn't been a 1:1 comparison. Things are always different. In fact, the longer I stay out, the more the room changes. Ive only had two OBEs so far but nothing jumps out at me that says it's not a lucid dream. Also, my vision isn't super clear either. There's kind of a haziness to the whole experience. I think O remember reading somewhere that I should rub my hands together to ground myself in there, which sounds a lot like a lucid dreaming technique. I tried to wake my wife up and, to my surprise, she did. She woke up, looked at me, touched my nose, and said "your nose is hard." Right after that I phased back into my body, opened my eyes, and everything is as it was. My wife was asleep and the room was back to normal. Its just a lucid dream, right?? Or is that not enough evidence?
+Eric Alves that is awesome! Two nights in a row is great! The fact that things weren't one to one is normal. Also you can't always see your body. This seems to come with the expectation of being able to see it or not see it. The inability to interact in a verifiable way matches my own experience. You do something, feel like you have changed something or interacted with someone, and when you get back, it isn't really the case. This has lead me to believe that either OBEs take place in a copy of our world or they are a generation of my mind. The biggest differences for me between LDs and OBEs is that I can reach an OBE without falling asleep. I have had varying levels of lucidity while OBE, but it is a different feeling lucidity than in an LD. Low lucidity for me in an OBE feels more like stumbling around drunk rather than an environment that is fuzzy, but we are all different. If you have had LDs in the past, comparing what you have just experienced to those I think is the best way to analyze everything. Would you be willing to share what you did to get out?
Thank you for the reply! I think you're right. It's either a copy or a fabrication of the mind. Either way, it's cool as heck that we can even do it. All of a sudden sleeping isn't such a boring thing anymore. I actually look forward to going to sleep now! That's awesome that you can have an OBE without going to sleep, tho. I'll have to search for your videos on that one! My first two OBEs were pretty low in lucidity. I was so excited I was out of my body that I didn't attempt to make things clear. I did, however, try to make the room bright. After two failed attempts of me saying "let there be light" (yes, I actually said those words) nothing happened. It wasn't until I gave up that I noticed the sun started to rise outside the window, which filled the room with light. To get out of my body, it basically came down to me listening to my body and knowing when the time was right. The best tip I can give is to try not to try. I let my body tell me when the time is right. For me, the spot is between vibrations and total sleep. That empty area between "Oh, I feel the vibrations" and "I'm going to... fall... alseep.. soon." Right before tipping over the edge and going unconscious, I remind myself of my goal and I sit up. I noticed that it doesn't matter what position I'm in, which bed I'm in, or whether or not I did something for 15 mins before going back to sleep. I believe there's a very simple formula that, if done under the right conditions, will result in an OBE. I believe these conditions are: 1) Having already slept for half the night. 2) Having had some kind of dream prior to waking up. 3) Not moving after waking up and lying still while keeping the mind awake. 4) Waiting for the vibrations to come up and then pass. I can also remember being in the mindset that I'm somehow aware of the space around me even though my eyes are still closed. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of #4 and wait for the vibrations to pass but I accidentally fall asleep because I failed to keep my mind awake long enough. I find that it's OK to fail, though. In fact, it helps. The more I fail within the same night, the easier it gets. It's like each time I wake up, the process is that much easier. Even more so if I've had multiple dreams. Nights when I've had no dreams at all, I don't even come close to vibrations. I'll try again tonight to confirm if what I've been doing the last couple of nights is indeed the trick my body needs for an OBE. My fingers are crossed!
+Eric Alves sounds like you have it figured out! That is awesome. That is the same approach that accounts for probably 70% of my experiences. The rest are where I will intentionally put my body to sleep before bed and relax to the point where the vibrations come and then separate. Far more difficult due to the level of relaxation required and not having slept first, but I love the process and feeling of paralysis and the void and the noises and sensations enough that it doesn't feel like a waste even if it doesn't end in an OBE
Have you thought about making an eBook on astral projection? Nothing lengthy. In fact, the shorter the better. Using visual and short descriptions accompanied with step-by-step guides? Something similar to the book "How to sit" by Thich Nhat Hanh, but about astral projection techniques. Another cool ebook could be about astral projection bootcamp. An ebook for those who have achieved an OBE but have no idea what to do in them. I feel like beginners need a guide for this stuff because my first OBE I kind of just wasted it not knowing what to do. For now I'm just taking Robert Monroe's advice to just stay in the room and practice navigating around. If you're interested, I'd love to help with the design.
+Eric Alves I have thought about it and actually started one at one point, but I still feel I am missing something and there is more to learn. I spent over two years creating records of what works and what doesn't, basically creating a bread crumb trail to follow in order to optimize my chances of projecting, but that is all I can do. The rest is still luck. I get out probably 2 out of every 10 times I try, which averages out to once or twice a week. I want to find a way to take luck or at least most of luck out of the equation. More to learn. This channel has been a huge help. It is great to have people to talk to and bounce ideas off of
I wanna ask you two important questions. 1. how much has binaural beats helped you AP? 2. have you felt that having a electronic signal near you while trying to AP has some negative effects.
+Death Claw 1. Indirectly only. It helps my meditation a great deal which I am positive had influenced my ability to project. I have never been able to project while listening to them however. 2. I have never noticed any adverse effects of being near any sort of electronic signal.
+Death Claw I am convinced they help meditation. There is science behind the frequency following response they generate in the brain. Listening to anything during a projection attempt makes it more difficult because the goal is to disassociate yourself from your body and that is hard while one of your senses is fully engaged.
hey! phase evolution. I was reading a book it's called. THE PHASE it's about out of body experience and lucid dreaming and how to do it how to get out of your body anyway I have copied a text that says this I want to know what is your opinion on this!☺ from the book called -the phase this is not a mere visualization exercise. Reality itself is but a dull daydream in comparison to the phase state! You won't feel your physical body on the bed there, and all of your senses will be fully immersed in a new world of perception. You can touch and behold anything, walk and fly, eat and drink, feel pain and pleasure, and much, much more" it's says you can feel pain and pleasure so what do you think? is it true that you can eat drink since you are a spirit
+animemanga energy I am very familiar with that book :) I eat things all the time while out of body. It is one of the best deepening techniques I have found.
Cool vid, but don't stop with astral travel brother, interesting and wonderful as it is. According to the great ones, Absolute Reality is the ultimate goal, which is our real home and far beyond these out of body games.
hi thanks for sharing , last night i was practicing and when i entered the hypnagogic state i imagined myself walking to the bathroom and for like 2 seconds i felt like i left my body but it was total blackness ; is this what you call the void if it not how can you tell if you're in it
+BlackPearl that is it. It is a disassociation from your body. Robert Bruce does a good job of describing it in his book Treatise on Astral Projection. I think it is in part 8 if I remember. It is like a spacious feeling, but feels slightly like you have a box over your head in that your senses are muffled. The lights and colors you typically see when you close your eyes are gone and it is complete blackness.
+Raiderette4life Brian in another comment on this video had a great idea. I am going to make a video that loops the ring of fire rollercoaster, then after 45 min or so, the video will fade out leaving just the audio, then that will fade out leaving everything to your imagination. We'll see how that works. I'll give it a shot tonight.
+Raiderette4life in case you don't know, when you go into RU-vid, you can set it to show the video in VR mode so it will split the screen for you. If you have the headset, you probably already know that. :)
Raiderette4life oh please let me know if you do that looped video thing. I have my son trying to hook up this video to his vr set. I'm gonna try it tonight hopefully. I can't wait. I'd imagine you could make videos of all the techniques... rope, rolling, etc. oh that's an idea 😁
Mike if I am not wrong you try the Rollacouste technique in which you go back and fourth the fourth to back (that's what she said) and you simply get out? (she said that too)...
This reminds me of when a book author made the prediction that virtual reality will allow people to rapidly enter altered states. I believe this was William Buhlman. I will have to get one of those things and try this with my lame iphone. It'd be cool to have that roller coaster clip looped continuously in a 30-60 min video. The video would then fade to black very slowly over the course of the entire video, gradually leaving more to the imagination. Would be neat in a recliner.
+Brian Slartsani that would be very cool. Definitely doable. I may just snag the one I watch off RU-vid and edit it to loop and fade out. Thanks for the idea. Think I will try tonight if I have time.
+Brian Slartsani I think I will make the video fade out leaving just the audio for a bit, then fade the audio out later. I am excited! That is a great idea!
I linked you a video I curated of a ring roller coaster. I made the loop pretty seamless. It gradually fades out the audio much the blackness fades in. I might not listen to the audio at all, it would get irritating after 5 mins.
Is there any way to induce sleep paralysis... A month ago i was frequently having sleep paralysis. But now even if I wish im not having it... And thanks for your Reply...
+shobith murali microsleep is the way to go. It takes some practice, but a few dips in and out and your mind will come back leaving your body asleep. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GZkxLTC9akY.html
+shobith murali it will take time and practice. I would practice during the day in a position that is not too comfortable. Once you get the hang of it, you can move to night time practice. Well worth the effort
Phase Evolution I've been doing a little practice of micro sleep at bed time, I bend my arm 90° at the elbow, hand pointing upward, I find I notice my arm slowly falling as I am falling asleep, the problem is I feel to lazy to keep going, is there a minimum time you would recommend to keep going? it's my method for enough to continue? It would be good to have a target length of time before going to sleep,it would be good have spare time in the day for practice.
I'm having a hard time getting out of body so this helps. I also watched that munk video, and can swing the hammock but go nowhere. I will keep trying. Feeling discouraged because I want to travel so badly!
+Sarah Cook if the direct method gets too frustrating, give the indirect method a try. Frustration will kill all chances of success and it is good to switch it up once in a while.
thanks for this new Technique! I can't seem to quite the chattering mind is meditation the key? for it there are also good Techniques that I know 1 concentration on the heart beat if you can't feel it you can visualize it I got this Technique from bulsebuub. then after a while you will start to feel the heart beat at different areas in the body then eventually you will feel as if you whole body is the heart beat then you will feel a flouting sensations then you will flout out of your body 2let your self be very thirsty and put a glass of water next to you when you sleep that will increase your desire in that water then keep visualizing you move you astral hand and reach out to the glass 3micro sleep but please can you tell my how to relax my body deeply phase evolution it's hard for my I relax my body not enough for a mind awake and body asleep but it's feel relax but clearly not enough so please can you give my tips how to stop the chattering and if meditation is the key and how to relax my body thanks!
+animemanga energy yes, meditation is very helpful for learning to quiet your mind. The heart beat meditation is good. I typically combine that with my counting breaths approach. I am not a fan of Sylvan Muldoon's thirst technique. It makes me too uncomfortable to ever relax fully. Microsleep on the other hand is critical for getting into a deep trance or void. At least it is for me.
+animemanga energy it means absolutely necessary for me in 80 to 90% of cases. I may be able to reach the void state without microsleep, but it would take much much longer and I usually will give up before it happens. Using microsleep I can be in the void in 15 minutes or so.
Once when I tried by listening to music that is supposed help you to project but instead of projecting it made it feel like my body and bed was floating in space and like I was leaning out from my body sideways ...was that the void state?
