Scopoderm is amazing! Helps me all the time and normally my seasickness is overwhelming strong. I combine the Scopoderm with ginger capsules and the only problem left is having a dry mouth, but that’s way better than being sick during your sails.

Yes the seasickness experience is very individual per person so glad you found a way to manage it with relatively minor side-effects! People who use Scopoderm seem to love it!

I tend to be more susceptible when going downwind rather than upwind. Upwind it a bit more predictiable and less rolly. It's the unpredictable roll when going downwind that often triggers seasickness for me.

Yes very interesting how different people are triggered by different motions!

Glad you liked it - this was my very first RU-vid video so is a bit rough around the edges!

From my experience, people who have eaten a proper meal, feel better after eating, when they are seasick. Usually im the guy who cooks, when the rest of the crew are trying not to puke. One thing which also impacts the feeling of seasickness: diffrent typ of waves. The baltic sea has short but not high waves. Some don't like that. But when they go on the north sea with big and long waves, they are fine.

Yes the shape of the waves makes a difference, and a lighter (i.e. non-greasy) meal before helps too!

I become way more seasick when I'm tired. Getting some sleep can make you feel way better

@@Grantzow Good point! Each person seems to have specific conditions that set them off, and specific remedies that seem to help, which can differ person-to-person. The important thing is to know what works for yourself!
