Thanks alot,, for how long are you supposed to relax after a 2 hour study??,is it possible for you to read from 1pm till 6;30pm while following pomodoro technique?? Am really delighted to get a reply from you 👋
How am I supposed to relax after a 2 hour study,, walking out in envy, listening to music or...? What activities should I do within a 5 or 10 minute break????
1). Chunk your study sessions 2). Be super-specific for what you learn and when you learn 3). Aim to zero distraction 4).use beep sound. 5). Don't leave room. 6). Don't eat and drink expat water 7). Prepare study table for next session 8). engage with study material 9). Create conducive environment Order and words are not exactly match to video but as Nishant sir say , action is important then more knowledge , I just type keywords for registration and next time I uses properly. Thank you sir .

Sir but during quarantine I have to use my phone for study! I just don't know how can I manage my distraction by phone because I have to study on my phone itself ! And also thank you very much sir! I will try each and everything that you told us. Thank you! Regards : SHAILY
Sure, got it. For your phone problem, you can do the same thing that I suggest for Wi-fi at 6:32 in the video. Just replace Wi-fi with phone. All the best!
Social media is the #1 distraction for many students. If strategies on how to overcome this are really implemented… Many students will experience DRAMATIC INCREASE IN MEMORY POWER. Thanks Nishant for your magnificent presentation.

Hey Nishant, you know this things must work well. Think about it. We already naturally flip them around from they way you described them in this video. For example, when eating meals, we set a block of time to sit down and eat, or to go to the kitchen to prepare the meal. When we are engaging with our meal related activities we don't distract ourselves from those activities by going to another physical location to read textbooks or review notes, etc.. No, we prepare and/or consume all of our food and beverages. So, yes, even when flipping it around I can see that these things just make good sense. We only want to do what works, and these things are already working in a natural way in the lives of people. The thing is on what tasks are we applying them, my example of meal prep/consumption or an actual study session? I see how these things work in either situation, and I think it is a helpful way to look at it for those that may not want to believe these things work. Thank you!
Thanks a great point. And I would say you would be in minority if you are JUST consuming meals.. and not watching TV or scrolling the phone during meals. As you rightly said, when we have do well in one area of our life, usually there is single-tasking involved. The only thing that needs to be done is to use this for ALL important things in life.
Hi Nishant, I viewed it now and it is very interesting. Hopefully I will be benifited by applying these nine rule. Thank you, I will come back with result.

As I said in the video, I recommend a timer that 'beeps' at the end of the session. Otherwise, you end up looking at the wall clock multiple times to check the time, and that in itself can be distracting :-)
First of all gud evening sir And this sir literally helped me to understand my mistakes which I usually do while studying thanks sir and frankly speaking sir u r a great teacher ❤

Haha.. good question. I don't think there was anything in the past that was more distractive than phones. In the past, some of the distractions were computer (notifications etc). And much before that television, radio etc.
These techniques work for students who wake up earlier, or even for those who sleep late. If you what to find out what might be stopping you from being a better student, watch this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XmdBfvT8Lqk.html&pp=iAQB
Thank you sir for making out time to help us build mental stature..i reallly really do appreciate (from nigeria anyways🇳🇬) ....... i'd like to ask a question. What if say, you set a timer for yourself on when to stop reading but during the period of engaging the subject of focus, the topic became complex in understanding and you're not able to finish as at when due.. What do we do then?
Glad to know you liked the videos. Nigeria is a great place. I visited Lagos once for conducting training and really had a great time. Regarding your question, even if you could not complete your 'reading goal', if you find the topic complex/difficult, I suggest you take 5-10 min break. Then go for another session. Taking a break will actually help you with better understanding. Give it a try and see how it works for you.

It depends on what you mean by "use my phone to study". If the entire text/notes that you want to study is in the phone, then there are two options. A. You can print them out and refer to them during the session. B. You can simply put the phone on airplane mode. On the other hand, if you have to use the phone on and off during the session, then I suggest you pre-decide when to use the phone in the session. For example, you can say that, "I will use the phone only during the first 5 minutes (or 10 minutes) of the phone. All the best!
I do not recommend that. A break is supposed to help you to get away from studies. As much as you like Math, it's best you take a 10-min 'real' break to relax. The resume the next session perhaps with Math. All the best!
Not sure about the context and seriousness. I would suggest studying in a library, or a group study with a friend. These are a couple of ideas to begin with.
