Can u.pls let me know what do u mean by sustained stretch? Also let me know now for the. past 2-3 months I hv been doing all yr exercises as per the video u hv shown, Iam feeling good and did not experience any cramps. One of Yr exercise in which u hv to hold Yr ankle, This exercise Iam not able to touch the ankle. I can only fold it. As one of my knee has a problem. If I only fold without touching the ankle is it ok. I tried doing by sleeping also, not possible to touch the ankle. Kindly update on this. Anticipating an early answer from u..... Neeraja

Can u let me know if I get cramps in the middle of the night, if all these exercises r done in the middle of the night then I will spoil my sleep. Any remedy if one gets cramps in the middle of the night, what will be the remedy, can u pls give a solution to this for me to help the cramps to come down. I often get in hhd middle of ghe night. Iam doing regular cramp exercise. Yr early reply will help in solving my problem...Neeraja Rao
