Hi, demostrate to know a lot. I would really appreciate (and i think many other too) some experience about how one can get injured doing some movements with windsurf, i would like to know what to pay attention. For now all good, i learnt how to fall, to pay attention to avoid hiting the mast or taking care of the fin in the water, but i would like to know and learn from experts about what to take care, how the feets could get hurt for example. Thanks!!!!
