OK. I got it. For some reason when I created the older on my Desktop, Windows 11 makes it "read-only". Even unchecking the Read Only box doesn't work. So I created the back up folder on my C: drive. Then, modified the "dism /online /export-driver /destination:"C:\Users\%Username%\Desktop\driverbackup" to dism /online /export-driver /destination:”C:\driverbackup”. It did the job.
Thanks much. I also want to add, if you have multiple drivers to add, then use the "Add Driver" icon on the task bar (gear icon with up arrow). Go to your folder with the drivers and all your drivers will be added at once. There will also be a window showing which device is being updated and which is not (if the most recent driver is present).
@@cwtek1 Welcome. I just found this out 2 weeks ago after trying to install multiple drivers on my HP Z book (I always have to do this for HP laptops 🤦🏿♂️). And it just hit me that there must be an easier way, so I decided to look what each icon did 😂

Tried this technique to open it on a new windows machine with no current drivers, it didn't work Idk if it's because it was during the install of windows from a thumb drive, it doesn't like it
