Thank you so much for this video! I will start doing this exercise; and using your go to for my husband lol. He can be so Intense and I really need to figure out how to hold my tongue and not fly off the handle. And have something so I can disarm him when he’s being super intense. This is why I love you guys!! Grant reminds me of my husband sometimes when I’m listening to podcasts. So I love it when you say what you do, or how you handle a situation.
Elena Cardone I will for sure let you know! So my husband just got into car sales; and it’s been different with him working so much. But I fully support him in this big career change. I’m super excited for the new opportunities. But with him being gone so much, I was able to kinda look over our last disagreement, and my response. And with my last response, I did this exercise. I wrote down every other response I could have said In that moment. And just doing that, has helped tremendously. Because whenever we have another disagreement or whatever, I will have my little arsenal of answers to try! ❤️

What I really respect about your videos ie this one is for those of us who take B.A.E seriously…you arm us with immediate and succinct remedies to use that maybe would not have thought of ie I am on your side…I am not a repeat offender. I am Italian background and my mouth as a strong female in business and life growing up in a male dominated family has been difficult at times with my partner hence thank you as just hearing you share that and me saying it in my own words along with some others in my mind to use…will definitely change the emotional arguments had and change the dynamics to a more positive one which in truth I am in his side and there for us!! Thank you for sharing and in being real and open!!
Absolutely Elena. Your husband is a Beast. Mine is too. Mine has a workhorse spirit and can be very critical and easily a task delegator constantly. I watch you because you are a Beast too. I, am a beast by nature.. But also a "business beast in training" lol. I appreciate your perspective and agree definitely that letting our beasts know that we Are Not against them but on their side is very good advice that i can appreciate. Thank you
