Tried the recipe tonight and it worked perfectly for me! I ended up using the coconut oil in place of the olive oil and used lavender essential oil along with some lavender buds to mine. I doubled the recipe and was made 10 medium, 1 large, and 1 small bath bomb. Try it! you won't be disappointed!
Thank You guys SOOOOOO much! I can't wait to try and YOU did make it clear and entertaining. You have a great side-kick. (I know its been a while since you presented this but just wanted to share a great fix for spider bites IF you don't know for in the future. Make a paste out of a aspirin. Add a little water to a small bowl and drop in an aspirin. After a minute you'll see a paste; in 15 minutes pain gone and it starts to heal. Keep adding paste to bite if needed for comfort. Skin heals quickly too!) Pass it on. Blessings-
Citric acid can be purchased at Walmart! You'll want to look for the canning section (where they have glass jars, and such). It'll be in a bottle that, if I recall correctly, is 7.5 ounces or so.
Many types of cheap plastic molds available at Michaels Arts and Crafts (national chain) and Citric acid, used for canning, available at Walmart in the canning area (mason jars).
These were pretty cool to make, i like the recipes tht don’t hv cornstarch. i think they fizz better without cornstarch. The only downside is u’ll hv to keep these in the fridge (a cool dry place) or they will start to activate in a humid climate.
This is awsome ! This was soo helpful..✌ TIP : If u dont have citric acid u can use apple cider vinegar ,Lemonade powder , lemon juice I used apple cider vinegar it worked preety well Hope it helps 💜
Just did ours with me and my daughter of nine nearly 10 absolutely brilliant couldn't of asked for a more amazing recipe loads of bubbles and fizz all over the place so so so much fun thank you so much xxxxx
I made these, I didn't add my food coloring until after I divided my mixture, then dropped different food coloring into each bowl, the texture is spot on, they smell so good I used mandarin cranberry. TFS
This is amazing!!!! Thanks for sharing!!! My son loves the lush robot bath bombs but I think he will definitely enjoy making these ourselves thanks girl 😘
this is great, I watched a bunch of these videos for the bath bombs and just wanted to say thank you for the normalcy and not using inappropriate music in the background!. Also thank you for the Amazon shopping tips!
Hi I am just looking at this now, I am wondering if these are nontoxic? I am sure they are (I’m unsure if there is any bathbombs are out there that are)
I really enjoyed this video! I went onto Amazon and I'm not sure what size bag of citric acid I should get. What size did you get? Also what did you search for for the mold? Thanks Sonia!
I made them today, they smell amazing i wanted to let them dry on a plate in my living room, but they expanded and caved in. How can I prevent this next time?
Thank u soooooo much for this been wanting to make my own been looking into it so many ingredients so I'm glad I've seen your video my daughter loves bath bombs just ordered few things on Amazon so thank you x
These look so fun to make! Now my 6 year old wants to make them. I think it's a great idea. I went to target and they're about $10 for 5 of them lol. Thanks for this video 😘😘
Hi I’ve tried this a couple of times and the each time I’ve mixed and packed into the molds, they are perfect round shape but then somehow through the night the ball expands and loses its shape and becomes this flat blob of a bath bomb. What do you think could be causing that? I set it in a cool room on the table and the vent reaches it to dry quicker
