I was abandoned on the street of china at the age of 1 by my birth parents. never had a father until God provided me an earthly father at the age of 13. I am grateful for my adopted father, but I am even more grateful for my Heavenly Father who took care of me for 12 years, being an orphan in china.
@@EddieNarrea no need to feel bad for me. For I don’t blame God for my past hardship, because God has turned my hardship into Blessing through my Faith in Jesus. Jesus never promised us comfort when we follow him, but He promised that he will always be with us no matter what we are going through.
I'm only 23 years old. I've never dated a single woman in my life. I feel like God has a time for when I'll have a gf. God wants me to spend more time with him and enjoy life according to his words. I'm in no rush to find a girlfriend or wife, but when I do get myself a loving gf and eventually wife, I want to take responsibility by showing my kids and wife, the concept of who God is. I'll remember to look back at this video when I do happen to get engaged and have kids of my own. Keep on preaching, brother. 🙏🏼 😇
God bless you wait on the Lord you are so young and have so much ahead of you the Lord will bring somebody in your life that he has meant for you just be patient❤
I’m 23 and haven’t dated either. I’m learning to seek God but my burning with passion keeps dragging me down into sin. I was addicted to porn from 11-23 and was delivered recently but my desire for intimacy remains. I hope that there is enough time for us to know what it is like to love a women but I’m just waiting for ww3 unless God intervenes. I’ll pray for God to send you your godly wife and I ask that you say a prayer for me as well. May Father God bless you always my brother in Christ! :)
As a fatherless woman, these are the things which I painfully longed for growing up and still do to this day. So please, fathers or aspiring fathers, take your roles seriously and be there for your family. Family is a blessing when it functions as God meant it to be. Don’t be the cause of pain and anger on your childs life for the rest of its life. It is a pain to be fatherless, so don't be that dad that abandones. Thank you for sharing these things.
HIIIII MILES' dad thank God and thank you for creating such an incredible man. Honestly I don't know where I'd be without his ministries. It's helped me through a lot especially coming back from my sin of lust by understanding who God is and how the ultimate sacrifice of Jesus redeemed me. I was taught how to repent and how to remind myself daily of his love for me so I no longer have a desire or need to fill an emptiness with earthy desires rather than filing it with the word of God. Thank you all and may God bless you 10 fold 🙏🏾🫶🏽. Also God answered my prayers because I'm not a father, not even close to be but just yesterday I literally googled "how a Christian man disciplines a child" and here comes this video to teach me more than I asked for. God truly works in mysterious ways and I Love God with all my heart, Soul, Mind and Strength. To everyone who took the time to read this and many more that watches the ministries I pray whatever you're going through may God always be first in everything you do through the trials and tribulations in Jesus name I Pray Amen.
I’m 35 and was delivered from a lifestyle of homosexuality and I am just now beginning to wrap my mind around the fact that I may have a wife and be a father. These are things I never imagined for myself before, so I thank you for this video because perhaps one day I will need it. Always love your videos! 🙏🏾💜🧎🏾✝️🪨🤍🙌🏾
@@jimmyneutron8702 I think Impact did a video on the second question you have, which I highly recommend you watch. I was delivered because of God’s love for me. I realized that I was living a lie and in disobedience to the Word, so I chose a different path. I am actually starting a Small Group at my church to help address all of these issues!
Hi, Miles' Dad! :) I'm very thankful for my own Dad who, while not perfect, did exactly like stated in this video. He put God first in his life, took good care of my Mom, and is a godly example of a manly man. Thanks, Heavenly Father for my earthly father!
Hi Miles' dad. We love you so much and appreciate all you sacrificed for your son and the rest of your family. Miles is a true blessing to us. And that makes you a blessing to us too. We love you so much❤
I sadly grew up without a father.... however my mom helped me find a men's ministry at my church and I now have someone as my father figure and I feel so happy! I hope to be a great father someday ❤️✝️
Watching this as a woman who wants to be a wife and mother. I really want to start looking for the right signs and marry a godly man who will be a loving husband and father.
Putting this video out while I got issue with my mom tell me it ain't a coincidence, I hope you will do one about how to be a good mother because this video is really interesting
I didn't see this point made in your video, so I'll make it here: Your children will automatically believe that their Heavenly Father (God) is JUST LIKE their Earthly father (you), so be the man you want them to believe God to be. And if your children reject the faith &/or walk away from God at some point in their lives, you, Dad, need to humbly, sincerely, & genuinely seek God to find out what you did to make them decide that God, their Heavenly Father, is someone they don't want in their lives because the Father they are REALLY rejecting IS YOU!
As someone who wants to be a father someday, I've been worried about what to do if my future children turn away from God. 19:03 really spoke to me. "Setting an example" REALLY applies here, since you're showing them why it's good to follow God, instead of just telling them that they should.
I’m happy to hear this, find a God respecting woman who loves God. Jesus is the Center of my family and my wife and boys understand that. Having children and raising them to love God is the most rewarding experience we can have while we visit this earth. Always make Jesus your role model try to be more like him everyday and your family will follow. May you follow the lord with all your heart and may his grace and blessing fall upon you and your generations to come.
About point six, I noticed, Catholic Christians can’t get divorced but Protestant Christians can. I am interested about this but I don’t know if this is related to loving your wife or the history of Christianity in the 1000s…
@@h3xad3cimaldev61 not really tho. considering from a secular view like yours, someone who puts God first and follows what's stated will be the best dad possible. Loving God first does not mean you would not die for your son and family, you would actually most likely do it because you love God first
Also, my dad (no name shown) is sometimes a very poor role model, and I feel as if he loves me more than God. I'm hoping that I can be a much better father in the future, and I wish the best for my dad.
Ok i have a very unusual dynamic but basically i want to take care of my family in my home, but one member is doing selfish things like breaking the lease and smoking Marijuana. I dont want to get her kicked out but she is clearly miserable and angry and i can't get thru to her. Shes not a blood relative but i do consider her family. Also she keeps attacking my faith and it is affecting me daily. I pray on it many many times so i know the answer will be revealed in time. Im just so torn because i know a house standing against itself will fall. The fact is, i was not a good dad that was a good mentor at first. I commited acts of adultery so i know since my breakthrough, its gonna be harder for me to reach my family because of my sinful acts still playing against me but i wont give up. I want to right all the wrongs. So im gonna keep praying about it to see what God wants me to do.
Once I was at my job at mcdonalds and saw a dad watching his kids play. They weren't yelling or causing problems but just playing slow freeze tag in the restaurant. They were polite and got out of my way to get me clean, they were very considerate. I then asked the dad for any tips and he said to to them you love them, spend time with them, show no favoritism
I absolutely love these videos. Smart, awesome and most of all, the teachings are straight from God's Word. Thank you all at IVM ❤️❤️ You are phenomenal teachers and I'm super grateful I found you! Isn't God good to us ❤
Never had a good dad, but If it's God's will for me to have a family I won't disappoint my children or my wife . I have a good example of how not to be a father
May the BLESSINGS of JESUS the MESSIAH be with you brother. Brother in step no. 2 you quoted:- MATTHEW CH 12 VERSE 30 says:- whoever is not with me is against me and whoever does not gather with me scatters. In MATTHEW CH 22 VERSE 37 says :-And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind and with all your strength . This is the first and the greatest comandment.
I found out why my parents divorced, it took a bit but I forgave them. But, I still can’t shake off that one thought. *They never thought of me when signing that paper*
You're going to be a great father man! I really like the point about different types of love. It's so important to understand children personally and to take genuine time to do so. Love your videos man, for sure saved me in some of my lowest moments.
I'm sick of gynocentrism in society, especially in the church. Where's the "how to be a good wife/mom" video? Why won't pastors ever hold women accountable or apply standards to women?
When i was 5yo all my family always go to church, go to my parents' bed to hear our dad teaching us about the bible, etc. But now my 4 brothers stopped believing in god thinking it's so fake and evil (or thats what i think), only my dad and I still believe in God, I don't know wth did just happened with my family, I don't know what is going on?! And my brothers thinks that i am weakness because i am the minor brother (sorry i am a lil bit talking english)
Lately i had many thought if i will be a good dad. I am young not even 18 yet, but have many doubts. I mean if even i will have a kid, because i'm ugly and personality is... Not the best i belive, will i be good? Tho i learn theology as much as i can for the last 383 days... Just strugle with faith. Have issues with sin... I plan for them so much i know how to be a good father, what ti teach them how to play, how to talk... Just i am afraid... It's just not enaught, that at one point i'll breake something and mess everything up... God help.
I'm doing through a divorce, she's cheating and leaving me for a sexual Predator she met on some online phone game.... life is a trip. I love my son though, sooo much. Definitely need to work on putting God 1st.
Okay dude, just take a moment for reading this encouragement. You Are Gifted. It's amazing how you represent Bible knowledge, Christian Lifestyle, and just Truth. You deeply touch me with the talent you received from our Lord and God almighty!!! WHooo. Btw; I found your channel just today, and I already watched about 5 vids. keep them coming man! AND I hope and I'll pray for you that you may find enjoyment in the work you do, in your way of serving our God. You are filling you're place in the body of Christ and you support your fellow christians in their place. You are helping me on my journey. Sooo, that's it. I hope my English writing is good enough to understand. 😆 Allright that's it for tonight. Bless you! - Brother Ruben
Your right parents should not play favorites. I have seen this one MSA story where the dad played favorites he was nice to Mishi but verbally abused Biku which tore the siblings against each other. Mishi would belittle Biku and see him as beneath her and Biku would pull mean pranks on Mishi. All parents should treat their kids equally cause playing favorites will cause resentment and hatred between siblings. All parents must love their kids and make sure each of them get love and attention by the parents
Greetings Miles' Dad! May God bless you and your family! You've been a great Dad to Miles and I can see how your love and obedience to God the Father has led your family to be a great blessing to many! Praise God! ❤️🙏🏻
About those love languages, if I can expand that: I think the deeper point isn’t “know your partner’s love language and filter it through the book’s description of them.” I think it’s “know what your parter appreciates and values and show love to them through that.” Hope this helps!
I wish my parents worked things out a little better… a narcissist handyman came in & stole my mom’s love away from my dad through sympathy. I was upset & I still feel the bitterness to this day.
Hey man, ive been wondering this for a bit, can Christians like things like cuphead or undertale? Ive been stressing about this i tiny bit and am curious as to if im allowed to like them
Is it an earthly desire to be a father? Given the uncertain times we live in, it might seem like the desire to become a parent is fading, especially if one believes the end is near. Why pursue parenthood when the future feels so uncertain?
Hi Miles's Dad! Thank you for being a Godly father and respecting his decision. Thank you! His guidance through the Holy Spirit in his videos, have helped me and many others, especially students that I share his videos with in ways that we can't explain. May God bless you all abundantly. Praise God 🙌🏻🙏🏻🕊️✨❤️🇮🇳
4:03 reminds me of when God tests Abraham in Genesis 22 by commanding him to sacrafice his own child Isaac but later found out it was a test to see if he trusts the Lord
Man Miles Dad was one smart man to train his kid with a gun at young age. While the hope is that Miles will never have to use it, you always need to be prepared for anything. 2020 has taught us this and life in general 💯!!! So in case Miles father is reading good job sir, you’ve trained your son well in both the Lord and firearm safety🙏🏾💯❤️!!!
I have to ask this, bro. cuz if I were to have to pay my way through my college, I wouldn't even last beyond my first semester. how'd you do it?? !! loans? job??
I've just sub'd to your channel, I'd been watching quite a few of your videos since yesterday. I know that you study God's word and carefully consider each subject. I also like your way of drawing and wish that I could also draw likewise. The word is a blessing and the art is therapeutic. Hey tell me how I can learn to draw this way. I already love the word of God and do study it.
If God puts it on your heart, please make a video for single parents. I really like your videos. I was able to get some great information from this one. I’m a single mother, and it would be great to hear more about how I should approach parenting my son. Also, it would be great to see a video geared towards teens and young adults about how to have a fruitful relationship with their parents. God is using you!
I love my 2 boys more than anything on earth. I'm trying to teach them how not to let anger get to them and to be calm and show love no matter who they are. Not easy but I'm sure repetition we'll get there. But I'm learning this all from our heavenly fathers word. They both know about god and they know that god lives them and my youngest said to me daddy I hope u don't mind but I love god more than u. And I said thats perfect that I wouldn't want it any other way. 😀❤ God bless u and all and thank u for these great videos.
Your dad sounds amazing! It's really difficult for some of us that had really awful fathers to relate to a parent like the one you're describing in this video.
I recently realized that I probably can't be a dad, because of my own decisions and from what I've seen and learned: it'll probably be better to not continue the mess that's been going on...
Thank you so much for this video! And more thank to the man who respected and encouraged his son to support his mission and to open this RU-vid channel!!
I love this so much, and the verse about not exasperating their children and some other points made I think can also apply to mothers or others who are raising kids but aren’t necessarily their father. Thank you for posting such an amazing vid 💙 Edit: Hi Miles’ Dad!
I absolutely love this! Praise God! I shared it with my son that will hopefully be a Dad someday. My husband and I didn’t know Jesus until our 30’s we had two kids and a baby. The two older kids knew us before and after Christ, but we were baby Christians during I feel the most important times of their life. The baby she got brought up in church with the word and everything. My Son ended up joining the Marines and before he left, he got saved and baptized… I just pray for him daily that he will have a personal intimate relationship with the Lord, and I pray that he forgives us at times for the way we raise him without Jesus. God bless you brother and your ministry. My husband and I have a channel draw for God. Check us out sometime. Keep doing what you’re doing. God is with you definitely!!
i hope your dad is doing good, i hope him a good day, we all must take example from God The Father, for our Heavenly Father shows us the best influence, and we can pray for them to give us wisdom, and we can pray for them to help us love others, as he loves us.
I would encourage any dad or son to read Wild at Heart by John Eldridge, a Christian book about how God designed the heart of man when he created them and how we are wounded in this broken world. You talking about wishing your dad would come to your games reminded me of this book. In John's sequel book to WAH he talks about how the deepest desire every every young boy is to know that he is the beloved son, the apple of his dad's eye. These books have been incredibly healing for me, and I pray that someone will read this who needs those books. God bless.
Thank you so much. As a guy that almost turning 20, this will use this along with many others out there to learn how to be a good dad. I'm not quite sure if I want kids yet, but once again, this vid can be useful those who will. God bless you.
Sir your son has helped me follow God so much thank you so much for fathering him and thank you for raising him GOD BLESS HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH HALLELUJAH!!!!!!
