This has been something I've been looking at a lot lately, as the value of Yoga diminishes if the original purpose of practising Yoga is lost. Love the point of not taking yourself too seriously, it's like Socrates said, “The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing”

This is what happens with me while I'm meditating. When i want to reach somewhere in meditation . I reach nowhere and when i stop wanting and act like i never experienced what meditation is , i can easily meditate for 30 minutes

Sir, Namaste. U r doing good work. This is Abt one of your HathYoga Teacher who passed from ur Coimbatore Ashram HathYoga course just 5/6 yrs back. And This person lacks in being humble, lack in being Gratiteful but ruthlessness and heartlessness is very much applied and advertised as ur way of teachings. Here, My question is , is that part of ur HathYoga Teacher training course ?

There's a book called asanas pranayama mudra bandha. It's extremely easy to understand that even a school kid can learn hatha yoga It's the ancient hatha yoga which is in more depth than Isha hatha yoga. You'll learn A-Z about hatha yoga and meditation and kundalini.
I Love sadguru i have done 2 programs Also But genuinely i mean no offense everything offered at program are great but i can't offered to do All the programs isha offers i want to know is Thier anyway can i get to do those programs in presence of sadguru
