First of all, why are you so mad.. lmao. And why the hell do you bring up race, when it has nothing to do with my comment? I'll ignore that immature remark. You clearly have issues. And uhhhh 42 others not only care, but agreed with my opinion - could that be why you're so mad? How am I throwing the term around "pointlessly" when I clearly stated that this man is not what the other commenter labeled as a fuckboy.. Are you good? Can you read? And uhh.. the term "fuckboy" CAN and HAS ALWAYS BEEN used to describe someone's personality. It literally does just that? You need help
that lady's personality is awesome! i had somebody who laughed at me and laughed with me like when i tryto showboat that I can cook.. the dude is hillarious yo!!
Nah. hes surrounded by beautiful looking assistants and other women that work for him.. not to mention the fine females he meets at shows and parties, while shopping. hes doesnt need to get in everything fine he works with. Plus she cooks for Derek Jeter and Diddy, i doubt they hitting. some situations are just business.
Start with a basic bechamel sauce (butter and flour) and stir in a pan until it's pasty. then stir in some warmed milk and a bunch of parmesan cheese. Separately fry up some red onion, salt and pepper in oil, then throw in the mushroom, squash and zucchini, then add some chopped shallots. Then throw on some baby kale last and let it fry a bit and wilt and stir. Then you throw on the cheese sauce, add some more cheese (maybe some pepper or bread crumbs) and pop the skillet in the oven for a bit. Then you're done!
Trying Hard she basically started a soul food restaurant, and then met people through that, at best she's a former restaurant owner. But she hasn't done the years of training under an executive chef at a high end restaurant to actually be considered a chef, but hey whatever works for her.
Trying Hard Dude, that was literally the first thing I singled out, basically homemade season salt. 😂 I hate seasoned salt, each dish calls for something different and using it is just laziness. But I can see the appeal.
Way over estimated on the income, my pops been a chef for about 36 years 2/3’s of that being a private chef he only makes about 100,000k plus a free apt in manhattan so about 130,000k in total
Also the clientele are hardly celebrities mostly extremely rich people investors, rich family’s and people like that. However when you are a chef in a restaurant you work a fuckton if hours for little pay and get treated like shit but with being a private chef you get better hours + better pay but you’re still treated like shit. Basically do the job cause you love it not because you want fame
She just thought the guy was dumb as hell, cause he didn't know shit about cooking. Like he put the damn lamb chop in a cold pan, and didn't even chop or break apart the lettuce leafs for the salad. For fucks sake...
Start with a bechamel base (butter and flour in a hot pan) and stir in a pan until it's pasty and beige. then stir in some warmed milk and a bunch of parmesan cheese. Separately fry up some red onion, salt and pepper in an oiled oven-safe skillet, then throw in the chopped mushroom, squash and zucchini and chopped shallots. Then throw on some baby kale last and let it fry a bit and wilt and stir. Then you throw on the cheese sauce, add some more cheese (maybe some pepper or bread crumbs on top) and pop the skillet in the oven to brown for a bit. Done.
madtonesbr It is kind of a weak dish if she a "trained" personal chef. She could have used carmelized vegetables instead or a mix of mushrooms with mushroom stock, hot sauce, nutmeg, chili flakes in the sauteed mushrooms..etc Her use of truffle oil is repulsive! Truffle oil is garbage. For the amount of money she gets paid, she better start getting cooking lessons from Mario Batali or some other restauranteur. No wonder she only cooks for who she cooks for. Chef Kai Chase is much more qualified.
Pt0wN973b0iI not everyone cooks the same and not everyone’s opinion is the same. They might like truffle oil. Unless you’re a professional chef I feel like your opinion is quite invalid
she said its all about relationships, you don't have to go to school to become a personal chef , she probably got her job by word a mouth, she cooked for a couple of rappers
