Correct me if I'm wrong here: Boogie lied when he claimed to have cancer. People flocked to him, giving donations and subscribers. He keeps up the facade for two years, before he's exposed. He admits to lying. Boogie is reluctantly fired from LOL Cow Live. He is also paid for his share of the show. Keem keeps bringing Boogie back to the show, to punish him with humiliation, the tattoo, trash pick up and the like. However, Boogie is being paid for reappearing on the show. In a roundabout way, Boogie is, technically, still profiting from his cancer lies. Do I have this correct?
Think Before You Sleep says to take advice from people who are where you want to be in life. Listening to how Boogie has fucked up his life, career, family, and everything else is not valuable. It is vampiric entertainment at his expense. His "you can learn from my mistakes" is only useful if HE HIMSELF solved his problems. If a crack addict tells you to not get addicted to crack, you're not learning from someone else's mistake. If an obese man tells you not to eat, you learn nothing. If a man who lost 200 pounds tells you how he lost weight, THAT is valuable information. Going wah wah my life sucks because I ruined it does not make you a paragon of advice. One of the strangest things about Boogie’s reaction to the backlash from his lying about cancer is that he has made halfhearted efforts to try and attract different audiences. My favorite is when he complains about liberals because he’s entirely dependent on the political policies advanced by liberalism as a broad spectrum of political ideals. If Boogie lived in the illiberal conditions of either extreme right or left he would die in a prison.
Idk about him specifically, but life can be rough for some people. sympathy and empathy are part of what makes us human. but to take advantage of it, especially if you don't need it or are using these things as manipulation, no, I can't go.
I think about my friends or people I know of who suffer, Genuinely Suffer, from what This Thing plays at experiencing, and I become genuinely sickened that people like Boogie existed, and that people supported him, and still do. It’s despicable and unacceptable for me.
I know Boogie can be a fun topic for some people but goddamn how many highlight videos do we need of him. Most of the time it's basically just him doing the exact same thing over and over again with minor differences in whatever script he's going off of, and ngl most of the time it feels like whoever is reacting to Boogie's nonsense (be it lolcow live members or things like EFAP) also just keep saying the same things over and over again. Surely you can only point out "Oh my god his fake crying again" and "God he's such a narcissist" and whatnot so many times before it starts getting old and feels like you're just going in circles, right?
Each part has unique commentary from Efap, we're not here for Boogie, we're here for the thoughts on Boogie. Each case is unique, be it faking cancer, treating your 30 years younger girlfriend like your ex wife, or crying to the spirit of a dead relative. And efap have different things to say about all of it. Plus its easier with highlights to find something to share with other people than it is to sift through 12 hour sagas of the man.

You don't know efap very well do you? Hasan, XQC, Synthetic, they've all been covered and efap don't care for how long. And boogie has been here since the beginning of RU-vid, there's a lot to cover.
