It's an old ass video game trick. In older games, holding L + R + Start + Select would soft reset games back to the title screen or other effects. It stands to reason people would try similar combinations to see if they did anything.

I have a screenshot of my teammate about to slam the Rainmaker in the goal with a "player disconnected ending match early" message on the screen. It wasn't in private. This was a solo queue tragedy.

Well that explains why so many times I saw a dc right after my team and I popped the rainmaker shield at the beginning of the match and quickly put it on the checkpoint pedestal. Also had moments people in my team immediately dc when the enemy team pops it open and grabs it. Like bruh don't go play ranked if you can't even stand the popping of the rm shield and the enemy team picking it up immediately

I guess pro players just feel ashamed when they found out an Aerospray killed them XD. (I can slay and support at the same time a lot with that weapon so it is a very good weapon)

Listen if you like it more power to you but people dislike it because it's objectively the worst shooter in the game, with the highest shots needed to kill at 5 and crazy spread combined with short range make it an objectively bad weapon, personally most of the hate I see comes from using it in ranked, as the main strength of the aerospray, turfing ability dosen't mean much there so its largely a detriment

@@placidflunky6642 Turfing during ranked meant more when the maps were more open but there are so many choke points on the maps in 3 it doesn't count for as much
