I've always been tossing with a flat pan. It works but was never as effortless as it looked in videos. I now see what I was doing wrong. Thanks for the tip to angle the pan downwards Jamie. Always glad to learn something new.
+Remote Tactical I do it with the left hand, my right arm already is getting a work out. I shake cocktails and make butter with it, what did you expect?
I am going to practice my tossing the following days. Lovely video. Whenever I tried tossing I only managed to make a mess. Noone ever showed me or told me how to do it. Now I feel comfident to try it again!

Great tip for safe practice! I keep trying to get people to toss, but their fear of ruining dinner (of course not unreasonable) holds them back. Practising with rice is cheap and requires little clean-up, awesome.

I can tose loose pices of food and chopped veges, but can toose to flip a whole slice of pan cake or fry egg. Any extra tips for tosser v2? thx a lot..
