I finally managed to drive a 1:48:945 on monza with the AMG because of this video, but still i found my self struggling with Ascari and the last right hand corner but the improvements are there. And i manage to drive more consistent low 1:49's due to this video so thank you sharing such important information about how to take corners correctly.
I was searchin online for "Acc Monza tips", went to a few forums, watch 4 videos and finally stumbled across your video. OMG!Amazing! This is just what I was looking for, a detailed yet easily understandable, complete description of a lap at monza. Tips for positioning..........everything!! Subribed!
Yea thanks buddy, I recently started driving in the SOP servers. Great bunch of guys, again my thanks. If you can do any more track tips n tricks that would be amazing.
I only managed to get 1:51 once. I keep being stuck at 1:54. I hope this video may help me reach sub 50. 1:46 is absolutely insane, like the best possible speed out there.
I just started with sim racing in general with a very cheap T150 mounted on my desk (and I might never upgrade from here since I like my homeoffice as "clean" looking as possible :D) This guide might help me getting through the very first turn which I struggle a lot with. Thanks!
its always videos like this that make me feel slow, i have only started playing sim racing games again, my last sim racing game was a long time ago which was need for speed shift 1 and 2, while they are realistic and very emersive games, the level of accuracy in this game is unreal, there are still some configurations i wish acc had that need for speed shift 1 and 2 has, while yes a gt3 and gt4 track cars are made for track specifically, in the need for speed shift games you can still change the gear ratios on the gt3 and gt4 cars in that game, yeah its a small little thing but other than that im loving the game so far
I decided to learn this track yesterday, and after watching a few track guides and taking notes, I was able to put down a fastest lap time of 1:54:53. For the first session, I was fairly surprised. Hopefully I am able to find five or six more seconds.
Lets do a room guys😅 i am on 30hrs on acc and i do 1:53,5 at monza and i am feeling that i drive on my limit. I dont know how to lower 3 or 4 sec. When im trying drive faster i am out of the track
@@kostasgreninja4723 yeah you are still a little bit quicker than me, I've had about 2 hours practice so far and got to 1:56 ish, not good at all.. I'd be up for practicing on a track with you all
Yes I have the same thing, everything goes well until i make a small mistake, and that just ruins the laptime for me. I am going to practice a lot more though
where can I find setups for this game? I only found a place who wanted to get paid for setups lol. The default setup, I cant get any faster than 1:51, and that is with a lot of understeer and fighting the car.
Biggest problem I have is the curbs, I’m in the 1.49s but every time I go near a curb the car takes off, how do you set the damper/springs/ride hight to masters those things?
This track with the Audi is just a curse for me (at least with the last 3 updates). With every other car i get low 1:48s w/o breaking a sweat. With the Audi, even with my best setup from 3 updates ago i barely manage to drop to 1:48:7 (used to do low 1:48s and occasional 1:47s). Every other track i am at most 1 second behind the alien time, but here, most often it's 3+ seconds. Idk what is going on, i see people driving to Audi in the low 1:47s, but whatever i do, it's impossible since at least 3 updates. And it's all time lost in sector 3. Watched some of my replays and on a good lap, out of the Lesmos i'm a bit under 1 second AHEAD of the BMW in that video. So somewhere there at Ascari and/or Parabolica i lose 3+ seconds. It's also the only track that i'm slower in ACC than in Project Cars 2. In PC2 i keep a 1:45:5-1:45:8 tempo during a RACE, let alone quallifying.
Ok in T3 / T4 -- I have to drop down to 1st gear to carry speed Then in the next section I have to drop in to 2nd gear to make time not 3rd. How do you guys stay in higher gears and make time ?????? Every time I try that is either oversteer pushing to hard or just big down. I do nit under stamd how the hell this can be possiable. I am stuck at a 1:50 -1:51 lap time . I just can understand how this can be achieved. I use a t300 open wheel rim / t com pedals mounted to a atand alone wheel stand using a out door chair as a seat. I know for sure my rig moves a lot so I figure I am missing something in the FFB Area as well as my really uncomfortable as hell chair. I am unable to completely lock in on my driving . I can hit constant laps here and there of that time but then almost every lap every thing feels like its changing. Is this why I can just lock in to get better I quit becauae of this , and my right shifter paddle atopped working. Thrustmaster suck and it took a month before I had to buy parts from them for $20 dollars. Never but Thrustmaster gear its is shit man.
I just don’t get it… I brake where you say to brake, and can’t slow down enough to make the turn. But if I brake a nanosecond earlier, I stop way short.
is this a stock set up or whats a good setup with this car. Im hitting consistent laps around the same time of 1:52 but i cant seem to get any faster than that. Im only using the aggressive set up, i havent really tinkered with it. I know editing your car is kind of important i just want to know is it a must to do? or can u still stomp with stock set up
I am finding it incredibly infuriating. My car just doesn’t seem to grip whee yours does and especially variante (T4&5 I think) is proving impossible ! I am using the Bentley but equally tried in the M6 to no more success
Thanks! Have you seen our 3 part setup guide or our troubleshooting guide? Plenty of tips on how to alleviate understeer 🙂 - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pW9tBHqa99I.html
Same. I'm at 1:53 and had a 1:52 a couple of times. These 1:46 times are mental. I feel like I'm doing what they are doing in the video too. I'm gonna try the m6 and mercedes on this track and see if that helps. The kerbs in monza can be insane!!!
I just don't get it. I am new at this game, but I do shift and brake like in this video and I am still so much slower at 1:52. If I try to push it my car just crashes
You should really add what kind of throttle we need to use or not or when to coast etc. You never include prdal inputs when the biggest issue with racers is the pedals.
Apologies! These were the first ever Traxion videos so this was an oversight at the time. From USA Track Pack onwards, all guides contain inputs. Hope it's still somewhat useful regardless. 😊
Your an alien no one other than other aliens are going to hit corners like that and get a 1:46 at Monza. I hit most corners better than you besides the final chicane before Parabolica and Im not great at taking Parabolica just right but still good enough to not lose much speed entering and my best lap in my favorite car was 1:54 and in VR with a flat screen I cant muster lower than 1:55. Shoot even the real life GT3 guys arent posting laps that fast I think the record is like a 1:49 or something like that. Damn aliens... good video bro!
Everything has to be going right to hit those times… good setup, optimal conditions, low fuel etc. It adds up! Mid 50’s are not bad at all😊 Glad you enjoyed the video! Good luck
@@RobertoOrtis 1.50.8 is my limit, use friends fanatec dd2 F1 wheel only got a 1.56. I cant let my hands or feets simultaneously,a lot work to do,by the way what is your wheel/base
You should have highlighted the orange markers you are mentioning again and again in this video. It's incredibly hard to see in your video, even a small red or white circle would have helped in a video like this.
