Generalized Anxiety also effects your speech. I have Generalized Anxiety as well, and I have trouble speaking to people especially in a group setting. My words come out wrong and it makes me feel more anxious. Mainly when I get excited…. You give me hope💜

Think of it like this they are moving and yes it’s sad but it could be worse they could have passed away . Thank God this person is at least alive and well where you can visit and speak to them on the phone every day if you wanted . Try to see things a different way I know it’s not the same but it could be worse remember that !
I was really pissed off by my brother few weeks ago. It hurts me but then after the whole scenario, I was just sitting alone & something said to me, you know that was unnecessary, why do you hurt urself with anger, do you want the whole world to be deserted coz you're angry. This message hit me hard and I had this hot tears rolling down. Sincerely anger does a lot it takes the grace of God to control urself especially someone who is quick to anger, just like me. I have learnt my lessons though 😩

This is beautiful. Anger is a normal emotion . God was angry at the actions of humans. What matters is our ability to quickly transmute that anger to peace and master our emotions. It’s a learned skill. I notice Nicki Minaj showing her mastery in her new interviews. Love it.

Wow this spoke to me 🥹 i realise i am too attached to things as well, like new clothes, shoes or stuff in general because when I was a kid I didn’t have or because my parents made efforts and always told me to take good care of my things so I grew up with this notion to care for things. But I realise sometimes I will get mad as you said if someone broke them or spilled something by mistake, etc 🙈 and that’s because i attach more importance on those things than how I may make someone feel. Definitely an area of improvement for me !

Your testimony is powerful Paige, and you too ladies! Never be afraid to share what God has done for you. Have discernment on when to share and who to share with though. The more you seek God the more familiar His voice will be to you. Revelation 12:11 says we overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. There's power in sharing. I was talking recently about idolizing friends too. God convicted me of that this year that I can't put my all in my friends. Nothing or nobody should come before God. And as far as the secular content, give yourself some grace. You'll get there. Even if its not scripture, as long as its edifying you're good. 🙏🏽💗
