most impactful thing you can (without plastic surgery) is to drop body fat, by far, and appeal to what women like. i see way too many men literally shave their heads and grow a beard since they think they look more "masculine" and thats apparently what women like (its not). trendy hairstyle + low body fat will put you up, and for major flaws especially in the bone structure... save up for surgery or fillers. at the end of the day, attraction is all about your physical form, not necessarily about how clean your room is or how confident you are. nobody will find henry cavill unattractive for being shy and unconfident. its as easy as being attractive or not
