You cannot be "transformed" if you are not born again from above in Christ Jesus. Acts 2:38 saves into the kingdom of God in Christ Jesus, and if you do not obey Acts 2:38, you will not be saved, and you will die in your sins with no hope. (Acts 2:38; Acts 16:30-33; Acts 9:17-18; Matt. 4:17; John 3:3-7; John 3:22; Gal. 3:26-27; Romans 6:1-4; Mark 16:15-16; John 8:23; John 14:15; etc. AKJVNT

there is a 2 part process to salvation and that is this 1 Jesus was the means to make salvation possible bridging the gap between God and man and then the 2nd part of the process is to have the applicator (Holy Spirit) quicken you or to make you alive with the God of the universe. without the Holy Spirit birthing you into the spiritual realm you will never be saved. so once the Holy Spirit gives you faith then the by product of said faith is repentance. its transformation. so the holy spirit must apply the cost to your account so that you can become debt free in the sight of the Lord.
